We bought some sausage links, bacon, and ground pork. We made the sausage links and bacon for dinner yesterday, and they were absolutely delicious! We will definitely be using Braham meats for our hog processing coming up!
We're your typical Ma and Pop Butcher Shop that is the perfect lil' size for the town of Braham! We have a Retail section in the front where we have a variety of Meats and in the back we process Beef and Hogs for the local Farmers that they sell to customers. We've been in the Meat industry for over 20 years and we've been serving at this location since 2016. We have friendly and knowledgeable staff and we like to think we're worth the stop.
