I have a 1/2 of a cow processed there didn't get any of the tenderloin's back and the T-bones are butchered like literally took the good side and left the rest. Woild not use them again

Update;Apparently they did indeed have our deer and found it after the episode I described below. So I’ll raise my star rating because they called me and owned it. Everything else was still unfortunately a poor customer service. There were no apologies or discounts of any kind.Original post;After not receiving a phone call (they said they left me a message) and forgetting about our deer we had in to process, I called in to tell them I was picking it up. Not only did the guy I talked with tell me that someone already picked it up, he proceeded to swear (f word) at me when I asked what we should do. He told me someone else picked it up, I should check with the other people “in my party”. There was no party. This was my son and I hunting and my son shot it. I brought it in. I told him It wasn’t anyone I knew and that was my deer. Plus we had given him a $100 down payment. So I asked him how should we handle this? (I was out a hundred bucks PLUS Not getting any of the deer meat that was ours).Instead of trying to make it right and offering to refund my $100 and/or maybe saying “sorry, we gave it to the wrong person, why don’t we give you free processing next year” or something... he just yelled at me for waiting so long to call in and said “it’s been months! Are you Fu!&$?ing crazy!!?”Needless to say he will not have any of our business in the future. I just felt the general public should know before bringing your meat to process there before you decide. It’s an understatement to say this person is difficult to deal with and seems like he doesn’t care about the reputation off this business what so ever.

Had a 1/4 of a cow processed through Psyck's and what I did get back was good quality. However they didn't get me all that I asked for instead just grinding it all into hamburger. No ribs or brisket. When I called to ask about it they said it wasnt in the notes. Even though I know I told them I wanted ribs.
