We love coming to Psyck's for local meat. Great butcher shop with lots of character.

Had a 1/4 of a cow processed through Psyck's and what I did get back was good quality. However they didn't get me all that I asked for instead just grinding it all into hamburger. No ribs or brisket. When I called to ask about it they said it wasnt in the notes. Even though I know I told them I wanted ribs.
