My ball joint broke on the DS as I was leaving Dollar General. On a Sunday evening to boot. Pulled over as far as I could, my wheel well was riding on my tire and the joint was peeling metal off the inside rim. I informed DG of my plight and they were real understanding and got the ok to have it towed Monday.So on to the review of Henkes Repair. Dale was amazing, good phone manners, pleasant to do business with. Went above and beyond to find me a tow truck (Henkes doesn't have a tow truck) paid the tow bill and tacked it to my repair bill. And much to my surprise Dale did not charge any extra money to that tow bill. And the tow company took extra time and care in towing my vehicle so as not to damage my front tire. Avoided cost of a new tire. Dale said he'd be able to look at my vehicle on Wednesday, I then asked for call back with an estimate when he completed the assessment. He did just that . And the estimate was super reasonable. I gave him the go ahead for the repair and told him I'd be able to pick it up that Friday. Friday came picked up my vehicle in and out within minutes and been driving it since without issue. I did take the time to notice that his shop was neat, orderly, and clean. His property outside his shop was very nice and beautiful. I would definitely give him a call should the need arise in the future for vehicle repair. Dale thank you for going above and beyond to help me.

What a Great Guy Dale is! Saved our backsides, on a Sunday no less! Traveling from WI to WY and alternator failed. Was able to contact Dale and he opened up his shop and got us fixed and back on the road. Knowledgeable and more than fair priced! We are extremely grateful for his repair service. I'm keeping his phone number in my phone - for the next time we need help in the middle of MN!Service: Electrical repair

Dale is the kindest person I have met on my journey from Indianapolis to California. I broke down at the nearby shell station and he came to meet me, helped with a town and had me back on the road in 3 hours. If you need service, highly recommended.

Dale is the best. I broke down while moving cross country. My transfer case went out of my truck 2 days before Christmas. I left my truck with Dale and returned a week later to pick it up. Dale was so accommodating! I was in town for business and he replaced my alternator over the weekend and reasonably priced as well. I was very pleased and able to get home when I needed to. What a blessing he was!
