I tried to get in at fairmont ford for a service I needed on my vehicle, they told me I’d have to wait until they had an opening which was over 2 weeks out because the service was going to take over 4 hours. I called here and the owner happily accepted! He stayed late, on a Friday, to get this done and even completed it in an hour! As a woman in her 20s, I’ve had VERY few good experiences with mechanics. Here I felt extremely respected and welcomed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They took good care of my car, helped me get the right kind of tires, and even held onto my old ones for way longer than they should've had to until I finally got back by to pick em up. Good go-to tire spot.

Had a slow leak in one of our tires on our drive through MN back to WI. He had us back on the road in an hour. Even recommended a great ice cream shop to go to while we waited.

Pulled into Blue Earth and ran over something that punctured my tire. Called Blue Earth Tire and Service to see if they could help. We were told to come in right away, which was great since we are from out of town and my tire was deflating fast. Left the car there and within 25 minutes or so, got a call that the tire was patched. Great service and work! They got us back on the road fast and we were able to continue our road trip. Thank you!

Long story here - I recently was traveling through Blue Earth for work. I ended up with a flat tire and had to pull over here. Due to being in a rental car I was not able to get any help from the company except for a tow truck that would of taken approx 3-4 hours. I called Blue Earth Tire and Service and Kevin the owner picked up... now its about 15 minutes until closing time at this point. Kevin found me a new tire at a dealership about 30 minutes away. This man went and picked up the tire (1 hour round trip drive) and met me back at his shop, again this is past his closing time. Let me tell you if there was ever a definition of customer service, Kevin surpassed it. I know this is a small town and many customers are probably local but he is the best. I will consider Kevin next time i'm in the market for tires and make a trip through B.E. just to get new ones put on! Thanks Kevin!
