Sale attendant scanned an item I didn't purchase. Unfortunately I realized the next day when I looked at the receipt. I contacted customer service and they insisted I purchased the item. They could simply check the CCTV to verify what I purchased, but NO, they insisted I purchased the item without any evidence. Seems like a scam. Shame on Zara!!!

Cashier was super rude I asked a simple question about price and she was eye rolling and gave me attitude. This was 9-10-24 at 5:45pm. No needs to be rude to your customers, check your employees please!

Manager kicked us out of fitting room because “we need to make space for people to come in and out” as we were escorted out, we stated that there was PLENTY of vacant rooms. I feel discriminated against to be honest! Very vicious.

Really disgusted. No one has ever been helpful but the last 2x I have gone in and asked for help every employee rolled their eyes and said I don’t know / or this time ignored me and turned their backs to me. So strange - I have never been anything but super nice. I know they are busy but no other store treats people like that.

Horrible customer service. I asked about a dress that was at the store front, and one of their staff at the dressing room was extremely unhelpful and seemed annoyed to be there. Who knows, maybe I’d hate my job too if I was forced to sell $50 t-shirts made in Pakistan. Left the store. I’d rather to go H&M.

if I could choose, I would say zero stars!! Worst customer experience of my life.Do not waste your time, money or energy at the store. The quality of the clothes are terrible and they deny returns even when return timely without wear.It's a scam I see it all over the Internet that it's too expensive for them to process return so they deny your returns and they won't take your calls and you have nowhere to write or call
