OMG the music in there feels like I'm a prisoner being tortured. I can't imaging how painful it would be to work there.

I like Zara, especially online… But the lines here are always too long, and the dressing rooms have been a problem since 2020. Adding one or two staff members upfront would make a huge difference for customer service.

Men's fitting room is not open have to go wait in line at the female one only to be told men can't use it. Only one cashier for both floors to.This is Friday during rush hour absolutely ridiculous
