“I came into the vans store 10/9 around 2:15 pm the other day looking for a fashionable pair of shoes, I had a lovely sales associate with fiery hair and stellar eyeliner help me out to actually purchase my shoe online! Not only was the shoe on sale in store but she also pointed out that the website was offering an additional 20% off! She gave astonishing customer service and insisted I found the most comfortable size for me before purchasing! she made me feel very confident in my purchase and I left the store very satisfied and happy! “I bought 3 pairs of jeans here and needed them altered. When i got them back, 2 pairs were too short. The manager, Jake, took care of me and got me 2 new pairs. This level of customer service is something I don't find these days! Jake's service should be rewarded and praised. He has gained my loyalty to his location and will travel extra distance to shop from his store. We'll done, Jake!”
“Mary was absolutely amazing!! I had to get re-measured for a bra, since my size just went back up a few years after a reduction. I’m so very thankful for how knowledgeable and kind Mary was while helping me figure out my size. She communicated really well in regards to her thoughts on how different styles/sizes fit, which I really appreciated. Even though the situation is a bit of a bummer, my experience here was so wonderful and made me feel much better about it. This will probably be where I shop for bras from now on. Thank you Mary!! ?”
“Quinn and Evan were super helpful today! When I couldn’t find what I was looking for in store Quinn found it immediately online - showed me all my options - and when I purchased my sweater, Quinn assured I got my discounts and free, speedy shipping right to my door - along with a 10% off coupon for my next visit! Evan was so kind during the whole experience today while checking out with the hat I purchased in store, too - all while working really hard in the background to tidy up some things previous customers left. You could absolutely tell they were both passionate about helping people and keeping customer satisfaction solid. Overall a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to see them again. Thanks folks!”
“My father and I were traveling. We went to this location as we do not have one by us, and Untuckit is his favorite shirt, if not the only shirt brand he will wear. We wanted to write a review to acknowledge the employee who assisted us during our time there. His name was Nicholas (Nick). He was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient, advising, assisting, understanding, and most of all, helpful. He found every size and color my dad wanted in all of the shirts he wanted, and got my dad to try new styles (and like them!). He gave us waters, and when we asked for MOA food recommendations he gave us wonderful restaurants, at which we ate that evening. We wanted to recognize him but there is no employee review specific page on the website, so instead, we are writing here to reflect our experience with him at the store. The store was very clean, well organized, aesthetically pleasing, and he handled all of the people coming in and out well. His kindness meant so much to us! Thank you, Nick!!”
“This location is AMAZING during weekdays; but can be very busy on weekends. Haley and Griffin were welcoming, informative, and helpful. They had an instant answer to all of our questions, and went above and beyond supporting my girlfriend and I in finding the perfect pair. I learned about online and shipping offers, and much more. Truly enjoyed my shopping experience at this location. We got fitting rooms in a very fast manner and again, great help.”
“It’s a decent Nordstrom’s with 3 floors of shopping space. There are even bathrooms. Men’s on floor 1 at the back and floor 3 on the front has a lady’s bathroom.”
“My husband Ryan and I, (Carrie) go up to the Spencer's SPECIFICALLY at the MOA because we found that an employee named Leah H. is one of the coolest, most down to earth, helpful, funny, creative, special person, who has now become our friend because we make sure to stop there everytime we are at the mall! “I stopped into Tommy Bahama to shop for a work conference in California. The dress code was resort casual. Janice was so incredibly helpful and sweet! She helped me find some amazing dresses and a few very versatile jackets to wear. I felt so comfortable and confident while in California! I wish I could thank her personally! Definitely will be back and will be LOVING my purchases I made for a very long time!”

She cheerfully gathered info (I have a small ribcage and an ample bosom) on what I was looking for and brought me some to try on. From how those fit she made adjustments in what she brought next. “I seriously cannot speak highly enough of Kenyata! (sorry if I spelled your name wrong, I’m terrible with remembering names). I walked in looking for a wedding outfit (semi dressy), happening 3 hours later, (yes I’m also terrible at planning for events ?), and he was on it! He helped me put a few outfits together to see which one I was feeling the most, and I loved that he was really straightforward and keeping it real when the ones I chose weren’t wedding vibes ?. I also had to run next door for a makeup appointment and didn’t have time to stay to have them fix the watch I bought to fit my wrist, and he did that while I was there, walked to my appointment to see if it fitted right, and walk back to still remove a few links. He ended up coming back to bring me the watch fitting perfectly! Really went above and beyond knowing I was such in a rush.
