“The workers were very very helpful one of the workers there (I don’t remember the name but he served in the military) helped me and my friend pick a nice jacket, and I overall think that store is my favorite! The worker also gave us stickers which was very nice of him.”

“Mall of America really does have everything. Even a souvenir shop that you visited the state it's in. In fact, it's one of two directly across from each other on level 3. You can be as judicious as you want with your gifts.”

I recently went in to get fitted for a bra as all of mine at home didn’t seem to be fitting properly. Ayaan in the women’s undergarment department really helped me out! She asked what I was looking for and measured me, and gave me lots to choose from. I found a bra that fit perfectly and that I was happy with. She was super helpful and kind. Thank you, Ayaan!”

“My husband Ryan and I, (Carrie) go up to the Spencer's SPECIFICALLY at the MOA because we found that an employee named Leah H. is one of the coolest, most down to earth, helpful, funny, creative, special person, who has now become our friend because we make sure to stop there everytime we are at the mall! “I came into the vans store 10/9 around 2:15 pm the other day looking for a fashionable pair of shoes, I had a lovely sales associate with fiery hair and stellar eyeliner help me out to actually purchase my shoe online! Not only was the shoe on sale in store but she also pointed out that the website was offering an additional 20% off! She gave astonishing customer service and insisted I found the most comfortable size for me before purchasing! she made me feel very confident in my purchase and I left the store very satisfied and happy! No doubt I’ll be back:) thanks girl!”

“I come here once in awhile, but a few days ago I got a call from Grace to pick up a pckge that Torrid still had from their St Louis Park store that closed down in July 2024! I was ecstatic! While there, I tried on a bra from clearance, and got one with an extra 40% off! YAHOOO! The young lady was so nice. OK, I'm only native 11 years older than her, but she's still younger! Lol. “Quinn and Evan were super helpful today! When I couldn’t find what I was looking for in store Quinn found it immediately online - showed me all my options - and when I purchased my sweater, Quinn assured I got my discounts and free, speedy shipping right to my door - along with a 10% off coupon for my next visit! Evan was so kind during the whole experience today while checking out with the hat I purchased in store, too - all while working really hard in the background to tidy up some things previous customers left. You could absolutely tell they were both passionate about helping people and keeping customer satisfaction solid. Overall a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to see them again. Thanks folks!”
“I stopped into Tommy Bahama to shop for a work conference in California. The dress code was resort casual. Janice was so incredibly helpful and sweet! She helped me find some amazing dresses and a few very versatile jackets to wear. I felt so comfortable and confident while in California! I wish I could thank her personally! “Had a difficult time dealing with a new associate today. I really appreciated the way the other 2 associates handled the situation on top of trying to deal with a group of 4 girls trying to steal. AE is definitely my very favorite clothing store. I know so much about the store that I could probably work there. I ran out of jeans to buy in my size and literally started buying the men's jeans also lol! The Next level stretch line is my favorite cuz overall the jeans are always cute, sizing is spot on & the price point works for my budget. They also offer the "Dream Jean" line which are extra super comfortable but the higher price point sometimes stops me from getting them.”
“Prices are a bit out of my range (unless it's a good clearance find), but the clothes are good quality and look nice. I got a $200 winter jacket for only $40 so I'm stoked with that find. Staff were friendly too, and I liked the cashier that helped me buy it.”
“My father and I were traveling. We went to this location as we do not have one by us, and Untuckit is his favorite shirt, if not the only shirt brand he will wear. We wanted to write a review to acknowledge the employee who assisted us during our time there. His name was Nicholas (Nick). He was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient, advising, assisting, understanding, and most of all, helpful. He found every size and color my dad wanted in all of the shirts he wanted, and got my dad to try new styles (and like them!). He gave us waters, and when we asked for MOA food recommendations he gave us wonderful restaurants, at which we ate that evening. We wanted to recognize him but there is no employee review specific page on the website, so instead, we are writing here to reflect our experience with him at the store. The store was very clean, well organized, aesthetically pleasing, and he handled all of the people coming in and out well. His kindness meant so much to us! Thank you, Nick!!”
“The manager, JoAnn, was great. She checked with the other MoA Aerie for sizes for me and offered other options when neither location had my size in the sweats I wanted. One of the store associates was incredibly rude and outright lied to me that they don’t price-match with their online prices. I assume that was out of ignorance or laziness but either way she was very unpleasant and rude. Before I left I asked JoAnn if that was their store policy, and she assured me that they DO price match and then took the time to return everything in my order so she could apply the discout. Saved me close to $40. Give JoAnn a raise!”

“I actually didn't buy anything - but - I took in a hat I'd bought out west, and they did some additional shaping at no charge. Lexi took the time to listen to my request, and nailed it! Very nice of Boot Barn to offer this service. There aren't many (any?) hatters around, so getting a hat to fit properly is a real value add for their customers. Highly recommend!”
“They sell their premium jeans here. Staff is pretty friendly and knowledgeable. Fitting rooms don't have a lock on them. Pretty simple layout with women's on the left and men's on the right.”

“This was one of my favorite stores that my friends and I visited while we were at the Mall of America! I found quite a few Winnie the Pooh themed items that I just had to bring home with me. There were also several very cute Lounge Fly mini backpacks that I unfortunately had to leave at the store.”
