Thank you so much for the care that Issac has received. Throughout his many medical issues (dealing with his eye abnormalaties, his skin issues, and then his tummy issues), the staff at Nova have always gone above and beyond to help. I always know I'll get a quick response from them to my many questions. Even though he has seen different doctors, everyone is always aware of what is going on with him. I;m so glad that I found Nova years ago!

We lost our prior vet due to their unexpected illness, and we were scrambling to find a new vet during the most difficult time period of our family pet: their last day of life while suffering from cancer complications. The team at Nova Veterinary Clinic including their front desk staff, Patricia and Dr. Jones fit us into their already packed clinic day so that we could peacefully transition our beloved dog to dog heaven. They were extremely compassionate, skillful and have huge hearts.

We love Nova clinic for our cat's veterinary care! Dr. Rachel Jones is an amazing veterinarian! She truly cares about animals, goes the extra mile to answer our questions & is very thorough! They hire great people. From the time you walk in their door until the time you leave, everyone is friendly, caring, knowledgeable & efficient! We feel extremely confident in the care they recommend & provide! So happy we found them!

Be sure to get a doctor's print out describing the findings etc. at every visit. If you have a complaint like I did because my liver challenged dog was given a medication which was contrary to use in a dog with liver issues, ( she became very ill), they will fabricate records to make it look like you are a bad owner. Fortunately, I have all of my records from all visits. They fabricated at least ten issues...like claiming that I said that my dog received "table scraps" which is more than a fabrication...it is a blatant lie. Multiply this and you will see what I mean. There is a culture in the veterinary business which disrespects pet parents behind their backs. I would never trust my animals with such a culture.
This is the latest correspondance. All because 1) I dared to complain about a drug used for my dog that should not have been given to her and which made her very ill. 2) Because I dared to ask about a diagnoses that I missed in the fictitious records they sent me.
"You are welcome to file a complaint if you feel it is warranted.
It is noted in the records from the most recent visit in two places (page 2 and page 5) that the luxating patella is a grade 2/4 right rear.
"We have terminated our relationship with you. Any further contact via email, postal mail, phone, or in person will be considered harassment and we will be contacting our attorney and law enforcement.

I am so thankful to have found Nova Vet Clinic. I have two dogs and we've been with Nova for about two years. The thing I love most about Nova is the consistent quality of care and transparency / fair pricing. All of the staff have been incredible to work with and I trust they are providing the best care. Recently, Patricia helped get me and my two dogs out of there in under 1 hour when I asked if we could expedite their annual exams. Thank you very much! Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. My kitty was so sick and it was terrifying. They never gave up on him and his health is better than it's ever been. Everyone there is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They make me feel so safe knowing they're there for my guy.

Very friendly staff and capable veterinarians. They provide a wide variety of veterinary services, so you wouldn’t need to go elsewhere unless your pet’s complication is very serious that involves a complicated surgery.

Thank you to the Nova staff for fitting in Dino today! After he got hit by a car. He just has some scrapes and bruises, no broken bones though.This is only our second time here, just started going here a week and half ago. Love the staff as they try to help the best they can with questions and other things.
