The clothes are hit or miss. The staff is so rude. No greeting when I walked in the store and no one offered to help me find what I was looking for. They did find the time to tell me they are closing soon though! Bad vibes

I’m so upset right now. I bought a pair a boots for an event and after I bought them I realized that they are both for the right side foot I tried calling since I’m not from that state and it told me to text them. It’s literally a robot that I’m texting. And it continues to say “sorry I don’t understand that” so annoying.

Embarrassed and Not back again to this location. An employee followed me and asked me to open my tiny bag in the mall’s hall because there was a door sensor that peeped when someone passed the door. He found nothing in my tiny bag lol.

Ashley was absolutely amazing!! She was extremely kind, patient, and helpful doing a large transaction with me. I was so grateful for her thoughtful customer service and her friendly demeanor. Super great customer service experience!?

The products are nice at times. The staff is low quality. Their attitudes are not good & I over heard two employees speaking very negatively about another employee. The management is nasty, specifically the manager Ashley (I overheard her name from another employee calling her). Good luck to people that work here.

Employees are a bunch of lousy girls that don't know their policies. Went in and bought a pair of wings for Halloween while at check out I asked the associate what the return policy on these were she said they were returnable. I ended up not even using/opening them so I came in 2 days later to return and a separate girl working told me she would not return them because they were an accessory final sale. They should rlly compensate for their associates stupidity and lousy service. Not a good look and I don't recommend this place.

It doesn’t only smell bad in there but the employees are rude and on their phones instead of managing dressing rooms or helping check out people. Avoid coming here

Someone needs too run the dressing rooms. They let people stay in them as long as they need too. Thats not ok. Should be 10 minutes per person. Management doesn't even check on the rooms or the people! Absolutely ridiculous
