“I can't believe this was in my Yelp drafts and not posted promptly. For that, I apologize. Nevertheless, my review is sincere and must be shared. Discount Tire has earned my repeated business over and over again for years. This past Thursday, July 1st, 2021 I had a leak in my left rear tire. I knew it either had to be repaired or replaced. My wife asked if I should go to Tires Plus because Discount Tire was closed? I said, "no, I will go to Discount Tire tomorrow when they're open". Upon arriving at Discount Tire in Bloomington, MN (on Lyndale ave), I was approached in the parking lot. The gentleman in the red polo and black pants asked me how I was, and what he could help me with today, and that his name was Bobby. He looked at my bad tire, and said he'd take a quick look to check my other tires. Bobby said let's get you checked in, there are some people ahead of you, and it will take about 30-45min. As I waited, I noticed that everyone was professional, smiling, the floors and waiting area was clean. Everyone working there seemed to enjoy taking care of the customers. They took great care of me as if I was a personal friend or well-respected liked family member. I was in their system because I only buy tires from them. They took care of fixing my tire and pulled my car in front. They handed me my key and I asked "is there a bill?" "No, it's all taken care of". Wow. Incredible. Bobby, Luke, and all the fellows at Discount Tire in Bloomington are outstanding. First class service from first class people.”

I got four new tires put on my car but upon installing it seemed they but one of my tire pressure sensors on wrong, thankfully Dustin ordered me a new part and we got it replaced in a week. “i visited the Fridley Minnesota Tires For Less location on We 10/25/23 to consider new tires & rims for my Mercedes Benz. I'v been to other locations over several years. However, this is the first time I've been to this location. Ms. Rachael & Ms. Kayla found very nice affordable tires & rims. They also advised to stay with 18" for safety reasons & ride control. I'm very satisfied with the service & will definitely consider this business in the future. These Ladies went above & beyond to assist me even though they were very, very busy. “This guys are awesome! I recently went today to discount tire to get an issue i had with my tire losing pressure from my valve stem. Immediately i got helped and i advised him what exactly what it was. They went to check right away on my valve and said something is wrong that they might over torqued it or TPMS got broken. Gave my keys and within 15mins they came back and said "thats it!" They reconstructed my TPMS and said it was free of charge. I was shocked and felt i needed to reimburse them somehow. So I'm here and my tires are working perfectly good with no leaks thanks to discount tire and the team. You earned a new customer.”
