Scheduled a 7am appointment and was told that my car would be looked at around 12 pm. They claimed to have other vehicles scheduled ahead of mine, but when i asked why am I scheduled for 7am but getting pushed out. They said its because it's first come, first serve.. however, my car has been there since Saturday morning via a tow.. ? so that's not true...
Besides yalls scheduling non sense. The work has never been short of amazing. And great pricing.

My daughter had a flat tire late at night and because it was down to the rim, the car was towed to Heartland on Old Shakopee Rd. in Bloomington. Nick took care of it the next day and she was back on the road again. Thanks for the great service!

My wife went to the Shakopee location yesterday. Wanted only an oil change done. She was told that all fluids on her Subaru needed to be changed. After letting them know that only the oil change is authorized, they put only 5 qts of oil in the 7 qt system and sent her home. Only a couple miles down the road, her low oil light turned on. I would expect the mechanic to know that they should check the oil level on the dipstick when done. After driving 30 miles home, the oil level was so low that there was nothing on the dipstick.
