Way understaffed. My cash deposit today 1/29/24 took 20 minutes, including time standing in line. Drive-up was completely closed. There was only one lobby teller at 11am. She was snotty, super slow, and had to input my drivers license multiple times. She said it was because it was a Wisconsin license (I apologized for the delay, which was clearly my fault?.) I had to point out that it was a Washington driver’s license, WA, after which it went through. There were also three bankers in the lobby, but apparently they aren’t cross-trained because none made an effort to help the ever-lengthening line. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for over thirty years, live two blocks away, and was depositing a mere $70. Not acceptable customer service by any standard.

I had an extremely disappointing and horrified experience at this Wells Fargo branch. The service, particularly from staff members like Marcy who frustratingly, refused to disclose her name, lacked basic courtesy. Additionally, she demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding foreign money order.The manager, Tom B, was even worse. Twice, he made promises to assist me in resolving an issue with a merchant, including making a call to the merchant. However, he failed to follow through on both occasions. After numerous attempts calling, he didnot answer the phone, and no voicemail, I stopped at this branch 4 times in 4 days on the row, on the 4th times, I spoke with him over 1 ½ hours of discussion, Tom B finally suggested that if I contacted Wells Fargo's helpline and spoke with an escalated manager, if the manager agree that I can pick up a returned item, and he would. I put the phone on speaker mode, and I called and spoke with Dylan, who agreed to allow me to pick up a returned item, but again Tom B wouldn’t cooperate. Despite my efforts, Tom B proved unresponsive to calls, and even discussions with other Wells Fargo managers who supported my simple request, picking up a Returned item from him.This experience, marked by broken promises and unresponsiveness, left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I strongly advise against choosing this branch for your banking needs. What should have been a simple request turned into a needlessly complicated and unpleasant ordeal, thanks to Tom B's lack of professionalism and accountability."

I dealt with this branch manager before, and he's inefficient or he didnot like me. I closed out my account with them.

They've always treated me fairly. They are a big bank yes, but they do have personal banksters on-site. They treat you the way you treat them. Fair. I've been a customer of Wells long before they were Wells. (Northwestern National Bank) Had some rocky times, but overall they've been ok.

Had to make the trip to this one because mine is temporary closed (for 2+ months now) took almost 20 minutes for a simple transaction with no one else in line! Not sure what the hold up was busy

Wells Fargo is fraud! stay away from Wells Fargo. They held my last deposit for extended time. 2ndly, they kept cancelling my amazon orders. They also kept lying to me by saying it was not them. I can not wait until until they Face a disastrous scandal.

Carmen at the front desk was very helpful. She greeted me with a genuine smile, said hello, helped and offered details about the banking app. I hope if you visit you have her help you so you can experience the wonderful customer service she has to offer.

I recently went into the Bloomington Wells Fargo location to close my grandmas and siblings accounts. Grant Rostad was extremely helpful. He was very friendly and successfully closed the accounts without making me feel bad. In the past when I closed my own account with wells fargo I felt like I was being pressured into staying but with Grant I didn't. Thank you so much Grant for your patience. My grandmother has dementia so signing her name is very difficult so I really do appreciate how patient Grant was. I would definitely recommend going to the Bloomington Wells Fargo location.
