Natalie was very helpful when I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted in a wedding band. She showed me the different materials, styles, shapes, and inlays, and was integral in narrowing down what I wanted based on some of my interests in-store. I ended up custom designing my ring from Heavy Stone Rings that Wedding Day works with, but Natalie was so patient as I decided exactly what I wanted. Wedding Day placed my order, and I just picked it up last week. It looks great and the process was simple and easy!

For the past 2 years I have been wearing my mother's wedding ring since she passed (my father passed many years earlier). I recently remembed that I also had the cross pendent that I purchased for her when I was much younger. The team at Wedding Day unsterstood that I didn't want to alter either piece and created this beautiful piece for me to wear. Sara was a joy to work with. She helped customize a ring to signify my two kids. She communicated well and was intentional about working with our price range. We worked with Natalie and she was a dream! We worked our way through the store and she listened and brought over a couple rings as we explored what we wanted. She wasn't pushy at all and had perfect picks for us that made it all the way to the final!
