Had a fantastic experience and conversation with Erin. She was extremely knowledgeable and a blast to talk all things Rolex with. Customer service and relationships are important to when looking at the financial investment associated with a jewelry purchase and Erin and her team achieve that at its peak.

I have been to many Rolex ADs in the past, but this was my first time going to a Rolex AD where I did not need to beg for assistance, and I was treated like a customer, not a nuisance.The staff at Watches of Switzerland was amazing, Erin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible about the different available models and options.If you are looking buy a Rolex or any luxury watch I cannot recommend them enough.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff with a great selection of watches from Omega to Breitling to certified pre-owned and retail Rolex plus several Epic X models from Jacob & Co. Mike has been especially helpful and was able to pull through for me on a dream watch. I’ll be back for sure.

Wow! What a wonderful experience it was walking into this store. Greeted by Erin Henry who made me feel so welcomed. The knowledge she has about watches is that of a true enthusiast. She made some great recommendations of watches that were fit to my style while the model I wanted wasn't in stock. Cruised through different sections of the store while teaching me a few things I had not known about some models. Overall, best experience I have had in an AD. Thank you Erin for the exceptional hospitality.

Erin was the best! I visited WatchesofSwitzerland three times overall. My third time I went right when they opened and was able to try on all the watches I was interested in. I settled on a Doxa Sub200 which I had no intention of buying when I arrived. Erin was the only member of the staff in my three visits that seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me find a watch.
