We bought a lightly used RAM Promaster in March of 2024 from Walser Automotive Group (under 11,000 miles and still under warranty). Within six-weeks it was running poorly and I reached out to Walser Automotive to schedule a check-up. Walser Automotive Group told me they DO NOT have any service areas that can handle my 2022 RAM Promaster 1500 (tall roof, not new extra tall roof) and I was "on my own." Super disappointing Walser Automotive Group sold me a vehicle they did not tell me they cannot service. I called Dodge of Burnsville and scheduled a service check for their earliest opening (two-weeks).
Within a week of scheduling the check-up, my RAM Promaster had a complete electrical malfunction that left me stranded between on ramp traffic and highway traffic for three hours. My RAM's electrical system completely failed and I lost all power and control of the vehicle and was lucky I did not crash.
After not having success getting warranty help and needed warranty parts help through RAM Stellantis ... I have been without my RAM Promaster purchased at Walser Aurtomotive Group for over 90 days and RAM Stellantis is not manufacturing the needed electric parts to fix my RAM Promaster with no ETA.
At this point I decided to try and get help through the BBB and Walser Automotive Group, again. With tax, title, license, trade-in, and vehicle cost we are currently out nearly $50,000 (paid in cash at time of purchase). Walser Automotive Group is hiding behind semantics and completely unwilling to do anything to help at all. My RAM Promaster is covered by the Minnesota Lemon Law and Walser Automotive group is refusing to acknowledge or honor this law, which means this issue has to be elevated to the Minnesota Attorney General's Office. I have asked Walser Automotive Group for a replacement RAM Promaster or a refund ... both allowed for under the Minnesota Lewmon Law ... Walser Automotive Group continues their avoidance in hopes I will disappear.
Walser Automotive Group does not stand behind what they sell and are great at playing the avoidance game. I would NEVER recommend any RAM Promaster vehicle being purchased from them. But, if you want to risk buying any vehicle from them, be aware they will turn their back on you the second you leave their lot.
If you are looking for a reputable RAM dealership, take the time to visit Dodge of Burnsville. They are doing everything in their power to help me, including giving me a free loaner vehicle off their lot, for the last 90+ days.

I have been a customer of Walser Automotive Group for over 25 years. Until yesterday my experience was positive. I have purchased cars and had them serviced, with satisfaction, until yesterday. It is interesting to me that when I reached out to corporate to discuss my experience I was ignored. Formerly I had my autos serviced at the site in Bloomington. During the past couple of years I have used Walser Polar Chevrolet for my Camaro SS and was more than satisfied. I had an appointment yesterday at 7:30. I was there on time. I was surprised that they had ceased shuttle services. I had a short distance to travel. They now provide Lyft service. It is interesting. Companies that provide transportation services are required to insured their vehicles for commercial services. Ride share services are run with independent contractors so the insurance requirements are much less. This was not cool with me. Again, I had an appointment and dropped off at 7:30 a.m . By 1 p.m. I had not heard anything. I tried calling but calls were forwarded to voice mail. At about 3:45 p.m. my son and I went there. They still had no diagnostics. They said that their phones have not worked for the last 2 weeks. Seriously, what company would put up with deficient phone services for 2 weeks? It is not believable. Even if this was the case, what reputable company would not provide a work around for phone services? At 4 p.m. I showed up to inquire. They gave me the broken phone excuse. They still had no diagnosis. It was obvious that my auto would not be fixed that day. They offered a rental that I would pay for. Hell no. They had my car at 7:30. They did NOT communicate progress whatsoever and at the end of the day I had to pat foe transportation? So today I reached out to Walser Automotive Group and was promised a call back. Guess what...IT NEVER HAPPENED. I am not sure what has happened in the past few months but I am more than disappointed. I will no longer use Walser for purchase or service of my automobiles. I will be sure to report to the BBB and any appropriate social media site.

I recently purchased my leased Chevy Blazer. My sales rep was Christopher Daum and he did a fantastic job of guiding me through the process. Thank you Chris and thank you Chelsey, too. I love my Blazer!

Decided to bring my car in to discuss selling it. When Brian took it for a test drive (with me in the car) he ran a red light and said “I know I ran a red light, but I don’t care”. I decided to go elsewhere and mentioned that this upset me and his response was “ok thanks for your time”. Avoid this place!

Had an interesting experience with the Walser Auto Group.
I was interested in a preowned car at their Chrysler Jeep store in Hopkins, showing their "Up Front (No Haggle) Best Price" on the windscreen. I was interested enough to started discussions with their Customer Specialist. The following day I find the car was moved to their "Walser Experienced Auto" store in Burnsville with a new "Up Front (No Haggle) Best Price" $2,399.99 Higher than their Hopkins store had it priced. I contacted the Customer Specialist along with the General Manager at the Burnsville store and asked if they would honor the previously posted price and was told NO, the new price was the UP FRONT (Haggle Free) BEST PRICE.
Really? Since when do cars go up in value based on location in the same metro area??
In fairness I will say that the communication and response time with their staff at both locations was excellent and appreciated!
I do however question the ethics and definitions used by the Walser Group regarding "UP FRONT (No Haggle) BEST PRICE".
Is it possible that used car marketeers have learned nothing, given what they have experienced over the last 4 years? Are they still playing games? Spoiler Alert ... Your Buyers are Smarter Than This!!
Please Do Your Research!! No Metro Dealer is the only game in town.....
Thanks, MRR

I would not waste your time with these people. They will lowball your vehicle like no other. They'll come in with an offer at 80% of other dealerships. Avoid like the plague and don't waste your time talking to them. Keep in mind they'll do this with a vehicle under 10,000 miles as well.

Bought the warranty and nothing is ever covered. They always find a way out of it. People are incompetent in the service department. I dealt with Jeep. Another time asked the price of a car and they would tell us until we agreed to buy it. This was at Nissan.

We have bought and serviced our Toyotas through walser for many years. After buying our used highlander from the jeep dealer we will never shop walser again. Our sales guy, David, was nice. That was about all the good that came from the walser employees of this location. The fat white guy helping him was not. The rate that they showed us on the iPad does not match the amount on our paperwork. The financial details on their papers does not match the information on our loan paperwork we got in the mail. We wanted to finance through our bank, but they said they don’t work with our bank. But it’s listed on the list of banks that they work with on the loan paperwork. As a family of color, I feel like the white guy was rude, and did all of this to us on purpose. He said none of them worked on commission, but it’s clear you do, especially after we said we didn’t want to purchase the extended warranty.

Have bought 10 vehicles over the years from different Walser stores. Based on last vehicle I would tell everyone to stay away from Walser Nissan in Burnsville. Horrible service they sold me $1100 of tires I didn’t need, only for them to tell me they don’t know what issue is and said they started with tires to eliminate that possible issue. To make it worse corporate has not returned a phone call from over a week ago. My advise stay away.

I purchased a brand new Nissan Rogue. The actual buying experience was not pleasant with missing front license plate holder and missing key for my new car even though they had days to prepare it. After that was fixed, the car turned out to be defective, smelling of gas inside and outside the vehicle. Turns out that this is a problem with the new rogues. With young kids, this seems to be a huge issue. I had purchased the extended warranty and they tried fixing it twice already, and it's now in the shop again for the part 2 weeks while we still wait on a fix. I contacted them about options and the GM at the dealership insulted my intelligence by suggesting that I trade in the car to buy something else, and when I asked about the thousands of dollars that I would lose on that deal, said don't worry we'll get the payments to match. Tried calling the Walser office to speak to someone about this experience and they want to send me back to the same dealership, saying there's no one else that could help me.

Friendly and accommodating. With the help of Dan and Alex got me a car in no time. Even with my bad credit. I appreciate them and how cordial they were.
