    Came in to get a mask. Very simple request at 8:30 am on a Tuesday in a very non-crowded store.

    It turned into probably about a half hour ordeal.

    There was no reason for this to take as long as it did.

    A little sense of urgency among the employees would be nice.

    I work for USPS and this store is by the route I was doing. Cashier refused to let me use the restroom without buying something

    Hung up on me said it was bad service could hear another employee in the pharmacy say “can you just hang up so we can go”
