Pharmacy is constantly closed at random hours. Pharmacy will randomly close early, open late, or just not be open at all. This weekend, just decided to closed it all together until Monday…. Which is so fun especially when you have certain prescriptions that are unable to be transferred to other stores.Just close the pharmacy and please stop accepting prescriptions if you can’t staff properly (I.e. your business is too money hungry to appropriately pay staff and/or provide a safe work environment to even keep the pharmacy staffed).I’m sorry, but wake up. There is not a shortage of pharmacists/pharm techs looking for jobs that pay enough to cover the massive amount of student loan debt acquired and live above the poverty line.Walgreens I know it’s hard cause you want to keep all the monies for yourself, but you need to be good to your employees, so your community can pick up their prescriptions consistently without having to wait 2-3 days when you decide to staff appropriately. Or just hang it up.

Unreal. I asked for a receipt because the price seemed off. I was told we are signed up for digital/email receipts. Before we left the store we checked, no receipt. I went back to the register and was told it would take TEN MINUTES for them to go in back and print me a receipt, and asked of I would like to wait. What in the 1950’s is this nonsense?!? I didn’t have an extra TEN MINUTES to waste waiting for the cashier to time travel to the future where receipts are easily printed at the register in seconds. She said the digital receipt takes 30 minutes to arrive. Also, what? Everything in life is nearly instant, why would it take 30 minutes? Regardless, we’ve checked for THREE DAYS, and even CRATED an account just to see the receipt. Low and behold, no receipt. How are you going to fix this Walgreens? This is outlandish, I’m pretty sure we were over charged. Is Walgreens scamming America?

This Walgreens is next door to a Caribou Coffee where I had a poor experience with a barista. I have eased my way back to going there to get an iced beverage. Said barista still works there. I've only had him once and he has stopped hogging the payment machine.I have always passed by this Walgreens. I decided to drop by a few times while I stayed in Bloomington. There is always lots of parking in this plaza. I had no problem backing into a spot and heading inside the store. If you like plush toys, you must visit this store. It has a ton of Squishmallows. I ended up getting a box of four Squishmallows plush ornaments and a few other plushies, including Danny the dinosaur sporting the cutest bowtie. So adorable!I have bought snacks and pop from this drugstore. This store has an impressive selection of mini pop flavours. It was my first time seeing Pepsi Peeps as a flavour. There tends to always be a deal on pop, from cans to plastic bottles. The popcorn varieties are terrific. I like the SmartPop popcorn. It tends to go on sale often. On my recent trip in October, I ended up catching a cold and being congested. I got nasal spray here, which was highly effective. I also got cold medication that helped a lot.I was there in time to see Halloween items. There was a ton of candy. The light-up necklaces were cool to test out.If you own an electric toothbrush, there was a sale on for replacement brushes. It was a good sign.Staff here are pleasant and nice. I have Walgreens rewards, so I always enter my phone number on the touchpad. I have been able to redeem points for discounts, to save a bit on purchases. It's a decent Walgreens. I'm so glad that I can finally say that I've dropped by more than once.(421)

for some reason, the website is stating that this location is temporarily closed, and no reason is given... so now I have to go through the trouble of trying to transfer my prescriptions to another location since I need them for my health and can't pick them up here for who knows how long.update: they changed their pharmacy hours so they're literally only open 9-5 weekdays. so people with day jobs barely have any chance to come get their prescriptions. they close for a lunch break from 1:30-2, so if people try to rush over during their own lunch, they have a short window, too. this is totally inaccessible to many working people.

I am not a fan of many Walgreens locations so this is outside the norm and has to be said. Pharmacist Alex and his partners Joe and Dan are some of the best people in customer service. They create the old fashioned style atomosphere, such as walking into your local pharmacy and chatting with the guy behind the counter about sue up the road having another kid, and the outbreak of yellow feaver. Only fastforward to the future. Joe has been such a great help at this location from patience to taking steps above and beyond to make things right, everytime I work with him he never seems bothered by my questions or request no matter how inconveinant they are, Dan is always in a great mood and is as friendly as they come mild mannered and helpful. And Alex younger guy with out the chip on his shoulder. Very knwledgeable and a pleasure to work with. These guys are all 5 stars in my book and make it worth passing two walgreens to get to them. If you went to this location years ago and didnt like the place, give them another chance. Many of them are new and deserve your bussiness. In fact I am making a call to the main office to give credit where credit is due and compliment them for being my favorite walgreens and favorite pharmacy. Stop by and say hi. Now keep in mind your not going to show and and have baloons and candy waiting for you becuase they do get busy and they work hard but give them a little time and you will see what I am saying.

I think this location needs new management. The store manager is awesome but its "Leadership" needs to go. They are down-right disrespectful of not only customers (and it is BAD), but to their OWN EMPLOYEES! I do not know how these managers or whatever think that they will be able to keep their store open with all of the customer complaints that have been filed. The pharmacy staff is pretty great compared to others, some cashiers (most are new, so what does THAT say?) are fabulous. However, shift management is absolutely terrible. Why would you yell at a NEW cashier in front of customers for making a mistake? What makes it okay to make fun of new floor staff for not knowing where a product is? Walgreens, you SERIOUSLY need to do better. I will be going to CVS from now on. Please invest in your staff and stop treating them/allowing them to be treated like garbage. There is a reason that no one with other opportunities stays at this store. Maybe do an investigation because CLEARLY this is a problem. I like seeing the same faces when I go into the store. This doesn't happen because people keep quitting over low wage/customer and managing staff harassment and abuse/not being recognized for ACTUALLY HELPING customers. As a consumer, I will not be revisiting this place EVER.

Ordered a same day photo pickup at 10am. Was told via email the order would be ready after 1:45pm. Sherry in photo called me at 3pm saying she couldn’t process part of my order and was super rude about it. Before I could inquire about the rest of my order she hung up on me. I called back, was place on a lengthy hold even though she just called me. Finally, she picks up again and tells me that actually she can’t process any of my order and should send it somewhere else. I asked why, if the order was supposed to be ready at 1:45pm, I never got a call or message that it would not be ready. She said “I guess I transposed your number." Not sure what that even means since she clearly had just called me. After inquiring why my order was still showing as "pending" she said "Try another Walgreens. Maybe they wont fail you like we did" and hung up on me for the second time.

Just a mess trying to get one prescription filled. Rudeness on the phone, could not get insurance straight, etc. Went next door to CVS, they had it done instantly, got my insurance correct, were very polite and helpful. This was just the last straw, not the only issue. Kinda done with Walgreen’s!

I've used this pharmacy for 2 years and everyone of the staff has consistently been super helpful. I would not go anywhere else! This has not been my experience at other Walgreens!

This Walgreens location was not too bad at all, the isles were well kept and organized for the most part, employees were working hard when I was there on a busy Friday evening, the prices are not too bad at all, the only problem I had was the available parking but besides that it's a great Walgreens location.

The Walgreens on Portland is terrible. Made an emergency run to get an over-the-counter medication for my wife. When I went to checkout, the man behind the register was fiddling with plastic bags. He told me I'd have to wait because the customer before me had to run to his car to get another credit card. When the customer came back in, his card wouldn't read. Then it was my turn. My debit card also wouldn't read after several attempts. When I told the man behind the counter that obviously the card reader wasn't working, he snarked at me saying, "Well I've heard bad things about the customers here!"Stay away!

I submitted an order through the app for delivery, they asked me for my address and everything. I asked for substitutions they didn’t make. When I called they had an awful customer service, front store representative was extremely rude through the phone and said that “delivery” means they’ll just put the items in a basket for you to pick them up, I asked again cause there’s no reason to ask for an address if you have to go either way and she said pickup and delivery is the same, that they don’t go out of the store to deliver anything And if I wanted another substitution (which I already asked for) I had to make a new order cause she already decided to close the order before asking if I approved as a customer, even though I was on the line with her she didn’t care at all and did whatever she wanted.
