No one there to help you. I went in yesterday and stood around 20 mins too busy with just one person help grab shoes for people and now today I’m back and it’s hardly busy at all and the few workers in the store treat me like I’m invisible. Sat there with two shoes chosen next to me while they help other people first and ignore me. Came back again and same thing. Such a bad experience maybe I am too old for vans or something. Been wearing 20 years or so. Anyway I left without buying shoes and not coming back or even want vans anymore lol. They either need a union or a better manager or both.

Great service! A shoe on sale was out of my size in store and the employee ordered them for me online and gave me the in store discount on the online order. Amazing experience
