I don’t recommend going here. I came to do a change of address for me and my spouse and they wouldn’t allow me to do my spouses change of address thats FINE. But the young lady went out of her way to make that known and took my ID and information. But somehow a WEEK later I get mail saying I never confirmed with an ID or other verification where I was moving and my request is on hold because I have to come in and do the same thing again. I’m really unsure what that young woman there did with my information! But I can assure you I wont allow her to do it again. I wont be doing business at this location.

I have filed a complaint that my package has not been delivered. I paid 99 bucks for it and informed delivery says it was delivered. Often the mailman tosses it on the floor next to the mailboxes in my building. I am pissed and the people that work there don’t care. Horrible service and attitudes. Zero stars!

The kiosk is sometimes efficient if it has the right option. Also, prices are rising like crazy.

Awful. Don’t go here. They were insisting I paid for tape when I needed just 3 inches of it to seal my package. Terrible customer service.

This has got to be the SLOWEST post office i have ever been too. The tape on my package came off a little and when i asked if he could put a new piece on. He said no but you can buy tape. Absolutely absurd. Will never be coming back to this location.

This place is tiny, ugly, old, dilapidated, hard to find and navigate to, the parking lot is too small, the service is slow and the employees are rude. Compared to other USPS locations I've been to this is the worst. They have very little shipping supplies for sale and no packing area. Even their package drop box was disgusting and dirty. Don't go here if you have any other option at all.

There’s a lady from east Africa working at this location , she doesn’t care about people needs, I went there three times to fill out the address change form and gave it to her but she never entered in the system. 3 times she never added my new address in the system. Pls don’t waist your time going there because they won’t care for your needs.

I was in a long line at the post office but luckily one of the cashiers noticed I had a delivery pick up slip and she redirected me to the "pickup window". This saved me a ton of time because I didn't have to wait in the long line to get to the cashiers. I was first in line at the pickup window. The nice cashier instructed me to push the button to ring the buzzer and sometime would come to help me. You can see this buzzer button in the photo labeled "pickup window". The gentleman who came to assist me with my parcel pick up was extremely helpful, nice & friendly. Based on my experience today I would come back here again and I would recommend this post office ? to others. (For more information, please see the review photos included with this review.)

People are kind, helpful and willing to serve folks. I had just a few things to do and got them down quickly. Service was good and fast.

We don't get very many packages, but when we do they get delivered to the wrong address. When addressing our issues with management, they make up lies saying that we have wrong tracking numbers. They claim that it was delivered on a particular day but it wasn't. Supposedly the Geo track location is set for our neighbor's house, but my neighbors are retired and never received a package.Management then claims that their workers work 12-hour days and are exhausted thus making human errors. Maybe management should tell them that it takes less time to do it the right way than to do it twice.There's nothing they can do they say. Just just have to call the company most likely leading to missing out on $100 worth of product.Horrible customer service. Horrible service in general.FedEx or UPS.
