Today I got the best customer service I’ve ever had at an Urban! I really wanted to buy the botanical print balloon pants, and couldn’t find them on the floor, and one of the associates (i think she maybe is a manager?) told me she’d be happy to check in the back to see if they had my size. She found them (yay!!) and I tried them on and they fit perfectly. This is my favorite Urban outfitters in the cities and the sale section is always super organized and clean whenever I go, which says a lot in the grand scheme of retail lol.

The employee who helped me out was so incredibly kind! I didn’t know her name but the girl with medium length mousy brown hair and a black and white sweater was very helpful - best customer service ever!

Cute clothes- but while I was waiting for my friend in the dressing room and browsing the clearance section, an employee was very obviously following me around. I understand they might have to do this for their job but he got so close to me without saying or doing anything. I felt so uncomfortable. About an arms length away at all times. While I did purchase some great items I will stick to shopping online in the future.

Had to leave the store without paying. The music was SO loud and inappropriate. Hardcore screaming. Couldn’t even hear myself think. When I covered my ears to try and concentrate on what I was shopping for, the employees started mocking me to each other. I put my $200+ worth of items down and walked out. Don’t understand why it’s necessary for stores to have music blaring?! Even if they some who like it, there’s DEFINITELY many who don’t. And when you see customers unhappy with the experience, instead of being asshats, change the atmosphere.
