I was returning a package today and Dave was very helpful. He was considerate and helped me package up my return.There was a woman trashing Dave and said he was not helping her and she was going to write a bad review on him. She was being rude and talking so we all could here. She was definitely out of line and being very rude herself…..

I would give a zero star if I could. This location and its drivers need to be investigated asap for stolen property. I dropped my package off at this location and three days later, it still hasn't been scanned and cannot be traced. When I called to speak to the manager, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He did not provide any help or an explanation of what happened to my package. This location is clearly stealing packages and based off other reviews, I'm not the only one. This was my first and last time using this location. An internal investigation needs to be conducted at this location to shut it down.

incredibly rude. one employee is good, helping me.when the 'manager' takes over, says I need a box at first won't let me pay for the shipping label the first employee helped me print.then he the manager person won't sell me a box and humiliates me along with his other customers for having a mental disability.it was a simple RS LABEL DROP OFF. BUT THE MANAGER SAID NO TO MY BUSINESS.HE DOESN'T HAVE GOOD PEOPLE SKILLS.and he claims to run the place.I have gone there for about 20ish yearsno more.

I have visited this store several times now and have always had the exact same excellent service here. Even if another store is closer when I am planning my route for errands, I will make a detour to come here. Every person I have dealt with has been professional and friendly. They are quick to answer any questions I have and the whole experience is always a great one.

I did not have to wait for the young man working at this store to greet me. Krisna was very helpful when I didn't have the QR code for one item. I had happened to have printed the QR Code and description, which was all he needed. I left the store feeling satisfied that all items will be returned and with receipts telling me when the items get to their destination.

Inconsistent service. Depending on who of the clerk, they will receive or reject your USPS package.

Worst experience I've ever had at a UPS. The employee was extremely rude. He told me that I had too many packages and that they do not get paid to be a Storage facility. They only make money off of Amazon returns. He proceeded to tell me I should use a pick up instead because my packages could be refused. The worst part is after I left I received a email saying I was charged more for shipping on every package I dropped off. Here is the kicker. I thanked him for supporting a veteran owned business and he rolled his eyes. I definitely don't recommend this store. Especially if you support the military. #USA

I was quoted a 36% higher price here to ship an item back than I paid to have the item shipped to me.The receipt I received here does not provide the weight and dimensions of the package. I could use the package weight and dimensions to check the price I was quoted with the UPS quote option on the UPS website. The screen on the register did not show me price, weight, and dimensions either. There is no screen on the scale to show me the weight of my package. I was just given an oral quote.I tried some plausible dimensions andweights in the UPS and USPS online quote options.I got almost the same price at each site anda lower price than at this store.- December, 2022.

You have to pay to get your label printed to ship your package. Not to mention this isn't a first come first serve type of store they send you around the store to re-wait in line. I was here for 40minutes just to get a label printed on a shipping label that was already paid for. USPS doesn't make you pay for your label. $2.14 just to get a label. Money hungry company. Not to mention its not even really a better deal when the post office is pretty close around here. I highly recommend going to FedEx even. Never had a bad experience there either. Unfortunately i do not like this company... They way they treat their workers down to the incredibly unorganized customer service. You shouldn't be changing that much for a print for a label or at all... That should just be included in the extremely high prices for shipping. Congratulations feom here on out im going to ask any company that i work with to not use USPS. Sorry guys im done with you.
