Horrible experience! Will never ever go there again. I strongly urge others to not utilize this shop. No communication, had vehicle for a month and was not forthright about my car being in state it was/totaled. I had to give one star to post this… Best believe they would have not received a star from me at all!!!

Five stars! The repair took a bit longer than expected due to additional work, but it was worth it. If you're patient and flexible, this team will deliver excellent results and get your vehicle looking like new.

Justin and crew were absolutely on target with fixing my car. Really appreciate their work and attention to details. Only had to make the decision to have them fix the car, and they took care of all the rest. Car was ready when promised and looks great!

Brian and the team at CARSTAR were great to work with on replacing rusted and damaged parts on our 2011 GMC. They kept me updated on the progress throughout and gave (and delivered on) a reasonable finish date. The paint color match is great. CARSTAR is a great place to go for good auto body work.
