I Couldn’t be more disappointed in a financial institution! Supposedly they give their employees loans because they can’t get anywhere else to help them “build your credit” more than a dozen family members who have worked for this organization for more than two decades and I just learned that my mother has paid more than $13,000 in interest on a loan that only decreased by $3000 in the last 3 years. while working for the company for 20 years this was obviously not the first loan with the credit union and she never once missed a payment on any of the previous loans... it will definitely be her last loan with this organization that clearly takes advantage of their hard working employees that feel they have no other options.

Toro I purchased a new Toro self pacer mower from Home Depot in Loveland CO on April 24, 2016. Took the mower out of the got it running on April 25, 2016. I started to mower, start mowing than noticed the rear back wheel was warped, about and 1 inch walking back and forth. So I decided to Call Toro customer service. I asked the lady if they could send me a new rear left wheel. I would send the other one back. The customer rep was rude treated me if I was d**** She showed no respect for the customer. She told me I needed to work this out with Home Depot. I told if I have to go thru the hassle taking mower back than I was going to request my money back and buy something else. She told me that it was my purgative to buy something else. That told me right away that “Toro Doesn't Value Their Customersâ€. Today I will return the mower to Home Depot and get my money back, April 26, 2016. I believe I will buy a Troy Built or Honda mower. Thank Toro for your great customer support.
