Came in to buy some pond soil for my indoor aquariums . Service was fast and the woman that greeted me was very friendly . She loaded up the soil and carted it to my car . Very good experience. Also the pond soil is awesome

Great shop! Great selection of pond supplies and equipment. Lisa is a true gem, she knows what she's talking about and she is always willing to share her knowledge of pond stuff. It's my go to place when I need something for my backyard koi pond. Great to have Lisa and her crew so close to home. You'll see what I mean after stopping in her shop!

I purchased a waterfall kit from Aquascape and the fulfillment was handled by The Pond Company. There were a few items that didn’t survive shipping, but Lisa was awesome and made it right.I decided to add an iongen and a smart outlet. They were on back order but Lisa called as soon as they came in.Thanks so much!!

I was so happy to have a place that actualy Helped me with EVERY step of the process Lisa was the absolutly BEST! I kud NOT have done it without her. I cant thank you enuf. Maybe it was that day, but we drove almost half an hour there and they got no idea of nothing. The lady there wasn't very helpful. We showed pictures of our pond and system and we got "I don't know" as an answer on 3 of 5 questions we made. We told her that we have a Tetra pump and she said that they don't know that brand. They sell fish and they don't know Tetra brand. Really? If you need a more professional advice about on how to fix a pond, you'll learn more on YouTube.

I ordered product from this company and never received my package. I called their company and the Post Office and neither of the two companies want to take the blame for the loss nor do they want to reimburse me for my purchase. I will never purchase from them again and I urge other people to not do it because if there is ever a problem they will not honor their product and they wash their hands the second the package leaves their door step.
