This store is a joke. The staff have never walked down a hiking trail. It's insulting having these idiots try to sell me stuff then not even be able to tell me the fabric it's made out of.
Also the staff here is too stupid to use Google. Look how they tried securing a harness onto a 2000 dollar 8000m suit.

Don't get me wrong, I love North Face products, but, Jesus, the sales people are very annoying. As soon as I came in the manager greeted me. Not 5 seconds passed after an associate greeted me and asked If i was looking for anything. I told them no. Before I could even take a few steps another associate came to help me. I understand the importance of good customer service but their intentions were undoubtedly kind and wanting to help, offers of assistance is just too much. I would rather browse at my own pace. Because of that, I've decided to stop going to the store.

I came in for a simple one size up gift exchange but instead was accused of as being a liar by the manager Rachel.I ended up getting the exchange but never will I gift anyone anything from this store if it's this difficult to do an even exchange.

Customer service was good prices were reasonable. There were lots of holiday specials, plenty of items to choose from.

I came to visit and i didn’t find the right size so I place an order on line with the help of one of the associates in the store., the person who helped out me place the order however he never applied the discount of 30%off to my items. He charge me full price and I was told that they can’t cancel my order anymore. I was over charge $80 for the stuff I bought and also I was charge for shipping. Which I did ask if there was free shipping and I was told YES, however I was still charge for it. Ufff so frustrated and now I have to go thru all the loops to get my money back.

It was definitely THE MALL in the USA at one point. Now still very large with many - expensive - individual shops. No longer so attractive due to price increases in the USA.
