Burnsville location. They raised their prices right after they took ownership. We had a small unit 5 x 15, and they raised the price 75%, from $60 to $105. I'm not the only person they did the same increase to. We have several other units and between them, they were raised $175. a month. So with this unit added on, the amount raised totals $220 each month. We don't have extra money on a fixed income, Social Security. We haven't met the new crew yet, but we were always treated good and with respect from the old crew, especially the hired help Lisa more than the managers. We saw her more often, and she is an asset to the company. The previous manager Mike wanted to keep us as clients so they didn't apply as steep a raise when prices went up. The new owners raised everything all at once, taking money from food and needed prescriptions. I guess they don't want to keep the older dependable clients who have been there for years. There is always the fear of being told to leave because we complained about the price increases

The door to out-door storage is broken and in need of repair . It handles to step on the door to lock it in place are non-existent. The manager is aware of this and has yet to fix it . We have not been compensated for and continue to pay full price . The office was locked today and no one was there even though the office hours on the door said they were open during the time we were there . We struggled with our a door for a good 20-30 mins using an ice pick as well ice melt to get the door to fully close . Still we couldn't get to close . Finally we got to close , the cold probably didn't help below zero temps . A storage unit that costs over a $100 a month needs to be fully functional: the storage unit door should be sound and intact prior to renting the space , ice melt should be available for all tenants due lack of plowing on the property and staff should be available during the time of office hours listened .

I didn’t expect to have a good experience with ANY storage place- but this was the best possible thing. They let me borrow a moving truck, let me upgrade my unit in the same day with little hassle, even called me when I forgot something in the cab of the truck and had it safely set aside for me to come back and get. If I ever need storage again this is the place I’m coming

Super easy to rent a storage space from these guys. The facility is very clean. Climate controlled. Professional management that is helpful and friendly. I was very happy with my rental experience here -- including when it was time to terminate my rental.
