I got the new iPhone 15 from T mobile and I said to them if I paid it fully cash will you unlock it at the same time he said we will unlock it for you tonight just call 611 and when I did the I was told to wait for 40 days they just lied to me and when I wanted to return the phone back they ask me for $180 as a T-Mobile Policy and hang off very! Just never do this mistake

Worst! It's like huh? 1 dude was sitting in a chair & high on something. The other associate was fairly helpful, but it was obvious I was an intrusion that evening. Sadly, I won't be back.

I was in the store last Saturday, I was typing to return my old unpaid off phone, but the guy treated me so badly, he was so aggressive for no reason and he never answered my questions! Please don’t go this T-mobile!! Worst customer service!! The white guy with the tattoo needs to be fired asap!!

Roman and Khadar were freaking amazing. They helped answer my questions. I went to 4 locations and none of the workers could solve my issue. Overall awesome team best T-Mobile in the state of MN by far.

When they auto scan your license, they have everything right? So why spend the next 10 minutes typing? Texting mom what's for dinner? You have all the info you need... Whats left to be typed? Like no one has any actual adult responsibility such as getting back to their own job. Now let's all run in the back and leave the customer standing there. When I ask how long it's going to take as I have to at least let my boss know.. I get attitude. "I can't do it in 15 minutes" & "Come back later"No. I can't come back later. You see my address... We've discussed the distance. I'm only here at this location as it's close to work. I have adult things at home to be responsible for. I can't just flitter around the city as I choose and get home when I please.Edit/Update: Went to a different location. They actually responded to Hi when I walked in, instead of the glare i got in Blmtn. Couldn't find the Blmtn created account so they started new one. Scanned lisc again, oddly there was no 10 minutes of typing. I just casually asked if there was any manual input needed, nope not much. Scan the SIM, scan the device, insert, activate. Lookout that. In and out in 20 min.

Came in later in the evening with a phone that would not make calls. Khadar immediately jumped in to help and walked me through the most common trouble shooting for my phone. When that did not work he called in for further support. He really went to bat and pushed for as much help as he could for me. While the issue could not be fixed in the time before the store closed I know he put in work orders & made sure I would come back in if it was not fixed.While this was happening Cory was working with other customers as they came in and out. When Khadar was on hold he also supported the other customers that came in.Both of them were kind and attentive to all that came through the door. I really appreciate the time they put in.

Omgosh! Zay and Khadar was so awesome! I came back for an return/exchange within the 14 days because I wasn’t happy with the regular 13, so they did all they could to give me different options on the 13pro. (I just don’t like small phones, and the pro was more my style) I love my new 13pro it’s super dope. The services was fast! Shoutout to Evan he helped me the first time when I purchased the regular 13, he was great too! This store has some outstanding team members with awesome customer services. I’ll be back to this location again!

I took advantage of the Try Before You Buy Hotspot, offered by T-Mobile, only available on their website. They will loan you a hotspot for 30 days to see if your area is supported by their network. I have a cabin on Lake Namakagon near Cable WI and they recently rented a tower that had been abandoned but still owned by the local phone company. Verizon kind of owned the area as people who had AT&T Had no coverage and are cabin. So, this is a way you can Do your homework and test You're location. The store manager was great to work with and she handed us off to one of the staff and he was awesome in setting up our phones and getting us on our way. I went back in to ask a question a couple days later when there was a staff of 4, all were busy. The store manager Turned to me and acknowledged I was there and let me know she would be with me in a few minutes. This is a sign of a great leader. I use to do that in the restaurant business and people would stay instead of walking out during a busy time. The people in this store gets a 10 in my book and I'm hoping the cell tower service is comparable to Verizon in our cabin country.

Worked with alot of great people helped me with all my work and I was very satisfied with everything they did for me I would recommend going to this store to get all you good and needs.
