The store with the A-team on staff. Patient, communicative employees. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. While I was waiting for my turn, I observed the employees teach a disabled person how to use their phone, assist an elderly couple update their phone, and help non-English speakers buy a new phone. Crystal helped me and she was awesome. Explained the warranty to me, let me take my time picking out a phone number (such a stressful decision!), and hunted in the backroom to find the phone case I wanted.Highly recommend this store. It was a great experience overall.

I came here on iPhone 15 launch day at 7 pm. Crystal helped me get some new phones after another store didn’t want to help me . She had patience, knowledge, and was the most pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend coming here ask for her!

I'm happy with my T mobile phone and service. The deal they offering $1000 back over two years makes the new iPhone and Samsung z fold / flip more affordable. The reps are pretty nice too, Andy was real cool.

Worst store ever. They don’t know what they’re doing. I waited 5hours and they messed up my whole service plan and cancelled it without my permission and told me to go and wait for another 24hrs for my service to work again and when I asked for service I can use for that time frame, they told me to leave and called the police. The manager jay so racist and have zero customer service skills and that black lady that works there don’t know what she is doing. I don’t know how she got that job. They don’t deserve any star!

We just needed to pick up a case and screen protector and was informed the wait would be 20-30 minutes. We didn’t have to wait that long, service from Steven was very friendly, and to our surprise he efficiently put on the case and screen for us. Great service!

Darnell (I think that is how you spell it) is incredible and kind to work with. Easy to talk to, included my son in conversation and seems to have a heart of gold. Thankful I stopped in on a whim for something easy. And even though it was easy and I didn’t give him a sale, it didn’t impact his customer service at all. If I could have hired 10 of him at the retail store I managed, life would have been much easier.

Shout out to Erik on Sat aft., Aug 5 '23. Connection problems; I did software updates, then lost apps like calculator, weather, voicemail and all Yahoo email with my important folders on medical and legal info. I was exasperated and just about in tears. He listened, was patient and got my Yahoo account back within 15 mins. I am forever grateful!!! He deserves a raise: Are you seeing this, penn store manager?

Incredibly helpful staff - Made something that was a complete headache for my mom and I completely manageable.I had to switch phone lines from Verizon to my mothers plan with TMobile, and Andy Lopez not only took an extended amount of time to explain everything to my mom prior, but he got on the phone with me (who's across the country) and worked with me in getting all the information & resources from my previous carrier, step by step while working with both of us to understand.Andy was incredibly attentive, patient, efficient and just made the process so seamless for my mother. It made the interaction that much more pleasant because he explained everything to both of us, so that the process wasn't so overwhelming in the future.Thanks for the help Andy! My mom has nothing but great things to say about the staff at this location, and I wouldn't be surprised if that was the reason she's been with the company as long as she has!Appreciate & really noted the level of support we received.Cheers!
