I was in Swarovski today on 5/10/2024 to return a pair of earrings because the crystal stone was loose and I called a few days ago to ask if I can return them and get my money back and the manager said yes no problem just bring them back and long as you did not wear them and I said no I did not and she said no problem well today there was a problem and the one manager that was there was rude and said no you can not get your money back but exchange them and I said well the manager I talked to a couple days ago said I can get my money back so she said I will have to talk to that manager and once she came back said nothing and refunded my money back and in the rudest voice said have a nice day and I said thank you and walked away and this manager said to the employee I hope she does not come back. Don’t worry I will not return and if I want Swarovski crystal anything I will order off of Amazon because I can return Swarovski crystal anything because I have because I ordered a Swarovski Crystal snowflake that was chipped and I returned it with no questions asked and had to wait to order another one for two weeks but got my money back once they received the broken one at Amazon and I did order a new one that was perfect. Don’t shop at Swarovski store here at MOA they don’t have any customer service experience but know how to be rude.

I called yesterday to ask if they had the 2024 SCS annual edition, and the girl said “I don’t know what that is,” I told her it is the annual edition finches on a green metal branch, and she said, “hmmm, I’ve never heard of that, Give me a number and I’ll see if we have it.” It shocks me that someone working in a small store with limited figurines doesn’t even know their product or what they have. This is the third bad experience I’ve had here. I’ll do my business online.

Visited there today and bought stuff worth more than 200 I would have definitely bought more but was soo not happy with customer service there. Jenny said us after billing “Please do not come again, it is disrespectful to ask for discount” She was not welcoming at all since we entered the store and then when we selected the pieces we really liked she couldn’t find it in store, we waited for 10 mins and then told her that we need to visit other stores and we will be back in 10-15 mins. But she was due for her break for 30 mins which we were very understanding about and gave her all the time to look for the bracelet we selected. Whole store was unorganised and even after selections if I have to wait for 40 mins just to bill then I guess I should be the one to say I hope I never see you again, but instead she was pissed about a stupid discount joke. I am never stepping in that store again if I see Jenny still working there.

I bought a necklace and bracelet from the Constellation collection here last Saturday. Both of the women who were working were impeccable with customer service. It was the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere since Covid began! They even sent a 20% off coupon after my first purchase, and now I can buy the ring to match the set! All of their pieces are stunning and surprisingly affordable. Thank you for making my day!

I purchased a ring from here and needed to return it. i didn’t have the box. The staff there in December gave me a horrible time about not having the receipt or box. They reluctantly returned it with a exchange, not after making me feel unwanted.When i noticed that my favorite ring was missing a crystal i was devastated, thinking oh no idk where the box is! I gave it a shot today!! WOW!! I was greeted by two amazing, professional and Energetic staff!! They where so helpful and when i didn’t have the box they just simply looked up my account and I was walking out with a new shiny ring! If you have had a staffing chance recently, you made great choices! Ill be back to splurge and use my birthday gift!Thank You Neely and friend!Teresa (aka Elizabeth ?)
