My stay at Staybridge was phenomenal the moment I stepped in. They have a newly renovated lobby and their rooms were very clean and well decorated. Free laundry and breakfast! The atmosphere was welcoming. The location was very close to Lake Normandale, a beautiful well maintained lake for your Sunday morning walks.
Each front desk person went above and beyond for my requests. Special thanks to Devan, Daniel, Adam, and Linda for superb service and hospitality! I will be returning if I am ever in the area again!

Clean clean my family and I very very happy with the suit we stayed in better then Wisconsin dells where we have stayed at multiple hotels and every time we go and pay $$$ lots, dirty bathroom ect- but here we loved it!!!!. My kids were so happy the had dove soap lotion shampoo conditioner what we use in our home lol LOVE IT!!!!.

Well to start off, the rooms were as advertised. The diahwasher was running when we checked into the room. We had to put away someone elses dishes. Then one of the outlets by the window in the living room wasn't working. That wasn't a big deal for us. We even had the light switch for the outlet on. Just wasn't working. Anyways... the breakfast in the morning was not great at all. The egg and cheesw omelets were ice cold, like they just came out of the freezer not even heated. I had to tell someone and they took my plate and microwaved it for like 20 seconds. Still was cold. The breakfast area is super small. The second days breakfast the waffle mix was not mixed. One if the workers there snatched it out of my hands and said it wasn't good. That was really rude to snatch it out of my hands. You could've politely said it wasn't good and ask for it. Then their juice was out and we had to ask for a refill for that. Then the danishes were still frozen. Is anything ever warmed up there? It didn't seem like it. Wasn't a fan of their breakfast at all.
Then my family and I were excited for the pool. We got all ready, got there and we couldn't swim in the pool... the pool was ice cold. Like lake/ocean cold. I've never been in a pool that was so cold before. I wasn't letting my kids in a hot tub, so they didn't get to swim. I specifically picked a hotel with a pool. I was very upset about that. When we went out to the front desk to complain and ask about it, no one was there. When I checked out the lady didn't really speak English, so I couldn't explain everything. She didn't even ask how my stay was. I'm definitely do not recommend this hotel. There are better.
Rooms: Rooms were nice as expected. Did not appreciate putting away dishes that were in the dishwasher from the previous people.
Food & drinks: Everything was always cold.

I stayed here for a work related overnight trip. This was my first ever time in Minneapolis and the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful. I wish I could remember her name ! I checked in August 6, Tuesday and she gave me every recommendation from food, to places to visit, and cared about my safety while doing it ! She was like my little Minneapolis mom!!! I appreciated her so much she made the stay. The rooms were so so nice and clean, i would 100% recommend and stay again.

Our family of 5 stayed in a suite here with our dog for two nights. The rooms were extremely clean and the kitchenette was thoughtfully stocked with essentials. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed breakfast each day. We also appreciated the grassy dog area in the back along with waste bags and receptacle for disposal. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to any friends or family staying in the area!

Be careful before you book. Left a couple things in my room and they “never recovered them” so it’s good to know they’ll steal your stuff here before you book at this place.

Cant walk your pet without getting 25 mosquitoe bites they run their sprinklers so much its caused a mosquito infestation

I just don’t understand why their WiFi is soo slow, I was not expecting to have that problem here. If you care about having fast internet to watch something on don’t come here, la Quinta across the street have a better internet.

Just checked in today, and the room was just as advertised and just as expected. The room we reserved was very roomy and spacious. Everything was nice and clean and spotless when we arrived in our room. The laundry room was complimentary, which is a total plus for my traveling family. The location is nice and quiet and in a good area with lots of other surrounding hotels. The room felt a little humid when we first entered, but the air worked great and was cold. We had 2 room suite which had 2 full baths and a small kitchen. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area again. It's also close to the airport and close to Mall of America.

Very accommodating, very clean, organized, and friendly. Very nice staff. The beds were so comfy, showers were clean and fully stocked with the nicest soaps and essentials.
I love the courtyard, I hope they keep it forever!! That being said I hope it's worth the money spent to replace the fire place with a new one so it makes the experience even better!!
The fountains out back were beautiful too!
The pool and hot tub were closed for cleaning so I can't rate that, but they let us swim at the hotel next door, and that was very nice of them!
Overall 9.5/10 experience!:)
