Sam does good work but his customer service skills are terrible called him asked for a quote he said he will send meQuote to my phone and he sends nothing ended up going to another shop because of his lack of decency to send a simple quote back. Sam was great when he has his garage shop but ever since he moved into his business it seems he changed up. Im fine paying the increased prices as long as i know my car will be fixed correctly . But now its to the point that im looking for a new mechanic. Besides customer service skills he also recommendeds parts that you dont need i call it guess and check. Sort of like new age doctors that just look up on google then send you home and you come back after the medicine didnt work. My 1 star is mainly based on professional business practices.

Our new go to guy for car repair. Sam repaired my front brakes. 1st he gave a quote which included tax, labor and parts. No one else did that. He had the best price. He was honest, friendly and fixed my car within a few hours. I also had him change my oil and rotate mytires. I highly recommend Sam for anyone who needs car repairs. Read some of the good reviews posted by others for Sam and decided to have him do a good amount of work for me on my Lexus. He was very commutative with phone calls throughout the entire process so I knew what was going on. Did a great inspection to begin with. And he went above and beyond for me on the repairs. The owner of Stall One Automotive Sam is the best! He's knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me up-to-date during the repair. I had a few challenging repairs on a classic car that no other repair shop would take the time to look at, which I understand the old cars can be trickier to work on.
