Didn’t give me haircut I asked for

I am scheduled for a haircut today and get a text message to check in as the stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there, check in, and the time gets bumped to 35 minutes.
A guy with his son was before me, and he thought he was going to be next. The guy who cut his son's hair was done for the day, but his dad was waiting for his cut. I find it unacceptable to have people sitting there when they are ready. Be a team player with the wait times as the customers' time is valuable.

Waited three hours after the scheduled arrival time with 7 people signing in after me and somehow going ahead of me. Not sure why there was no communication from staff who clearly saw me waiting for hours but maybe they is the expectations of the site.
Really frustrating experience having wasted that much time.

The worst haircut i ever had. No knowledge barber, i asked him to feather and layer the sides, he didnt know what i was asking for, i told him i wanted my hair to go to the muddle if my ear, he cut it 2 in. Above my ear, i told him dont donthis to the other side, ge said my bad, sorry about that, sorry excuse for a stylist i have ever had. Do not use if you do not have to. Go elsewear . My second visit as bad as the first. When i paid i didnt even get a thank you. Or a good by. I repeat,do not use.

When I had a just decent request related how I wanted my haircut the stylist started saying he is not stylist and just barber to cut the hair. I never got this kinda response before...so in this case why the site says as stylist during appointment checkin. Added to this I didn't even get a proper hair cut. It's so inexperienced cut. Will not visit this store again.

Estimated wait times are always inaccurate. Complained about a wait time that was off by 2 HOURS twice and never heard back

No where have I ever been this upset about a haircut in my life! by DANI B. At this location!!! I asked for my hair to be cut short and above my eyebrows and no where was it cut that way! when my hair dried it looked like I got it done at the dollar store no where was this worth my money or tip… I ended up recutting my hair at home… save yourself the money and do not go to Dani!

So you get a nice hair cut. But the MVP is a bonus, they wash your hair and massage your scalp and face along with a hot towel on your face.

I set an online appt 75 mins prior to the hair cut and when I arrived at the appropriate time (15 mins early) they bumped me back 75 mins and refused to make it right. I didnt complain much I just said take me off and I am leaving.... poor service and if the system doesnt work then they need to fix it because I got screwed and have interviews all next week. I drove all the way to new Brighton and they got me in 10 mins....
