This employees that work at this Soma are incredible. I highly recommend you go in for a quick and judgement free measuring session, huge thanks to Shawn who helped me with that, rather than wandering around for 15 minutes picking out bras to try on in the incorrect size, like I did. Shawn measured, asked me a couple questions about my likes and dislikes and brought me back an incredible selection of well fitting bras. Grace is also amazing, she is super friendly and helpful and was able to guide me to one of the most beautifully cut and flattering dresses I've ever owned. They let me know about the rewards program as well which when you sign up you'll get $20 off $100 which is fantastic. Highly recommend this location for the most personalized shopping experience, with the best shop assistants.

Probably the worst Soma location I have ever been in (the Toledo and Hilton Head locations are great). The two employees do not greet you and certainly do not want to help. They actually turned around to ignore us. My spouse and I were the only customers in this small location and could not get assistance. That probably explains why no one else was shopping despite the mall being very busy. Why shop in a store with ignorant staff/management???

Very disappointed in the service I received today at Soma Mall of America. I took my wife there to buy a few bras and as I followed my wife to the changing room the staff told me I was now allowed to follow her because other women were back there. It was very hurtful and rude how the staff assumed my gender and dimished me. It's not easy to change numerous sports bras and as I wasn't able to help my wife we decided not to buy the 5 full coverage and sports bras we planned on.We were very excited to purchase Soma bras but couldn't believe how the staff treated us. I hope other potential customers do not have to be treated the same way we were.Do better Soma.

I shopped at Soma in MOA in December right before Christmas. It was my first time in a Soma store, and I had the BEST experience I have ever had in a bra fitting. I worked with Shy, who was absolutely fantastic! She did not make me feel rushed even when the store it self was fairly busy. And, I was so comfortable with her! She was just a gem! So my experience in the store was 5 stars all the way! Now for the product - best bras I have owned. Like, I have never been so comfortable in a bra in my life!

My girlfriend love there bras. She said they were super helpful. Only one very funny thing...my girlfriend asked me to help her pick out some panties. Sales lady kept standing there...no privacy. ? ? ?

In the end, I some were available for same day purchase and some were able to shipped to me for free.Great experience!
