I went in looking for something specific, just needed to try on a couple of different sizes in person, and she was very fast and friendly when it came to finding what I was looking for. “Prices are a bit out of my range (unless it's a good clearance find), but the clothes are good quality and look nice. I got a $200 winter jacket for only $40 so I'm stoked with that find. Staff were friendly too, and I liked the cashier that helped me buy it.”

“I actually didn't buy anything - but - I took in a hat I'd bought out west, and they did some additional shaping at no charge. Lexi took the time to listen to my request, and nailed it! Very nice of Boot Barn to offer this service. There aren't many (any?) hatters around, so getting a hat to fit properly is a real value add for their customers. Highly recommend!”
“I was shopping for a gift so I needed help. Anna came over and my phenomenal experience began. I wanted a sweater and Anna tried everything to find one in the 3T size I needed. Even suggesting competitors. She offered to have one sent from the warehouse, but it wouldn't have arrived in time. Then all of a sudden she thought of the mannequin. Sure enough that was it. I will be shopping there over and over again thanks to such outstanding customer service.”

Also when I went in the store I was greeted be another young lady that was very nice. I went to 3 DSW’s and this is the only one that had people that would help you. Burnsville was the worst.”
“I know people don't like to come into this store but oh my God I got a $300 bag that's better than my Louis Vuitton and my Gucci bags it's been with me for a year it's never ripped it's never torn I take it on every Airline it's super soft with leather at the bottom and it's really hard to beat the quality at the store I highly suggest popping in and getting you a new carry-on bag”

“Eric literally changed my life. He is SO kind, SO helpful and helped deepen my love for crocs. He upsold us on a package, but I didn't even care. Since it was Eric who sold it to us, it made it worth it. A little mystery croc gem package was just what I needed. Even though he couldn't find my size in the crocs I wanted, I still left happy. Never get rid of Eric. Every croc store needs and Eric. Every person needs an Eric. 1,000/10
PS don't pass on the croc shine. Eric sold us on that, too”

“I wanted a new pair of shoes for everyday wear…Michael was very helpful to find that pair for me as well as another. He also helped my dad, sister, sister’s boyfriend, and other sister get one or more pair of shoes and they weren’t looking for any…he was very friendly along with the other staff and very helpful. Michael was a great salesman and if we ever make it back to MN for another Yankees-Twins series, we will be sure to stop by Tradehome Shoes at the Mall! He was also very accommodating and recycled our shoe boxes right there for us, so we had room on our train ride for our shoes.”
