Wow - I ordered 5 gallons of the WRONG type of paint and thank goodness Todd was thoughtful enough to ask me what I was using it for...and then promptly helped me figure out the right type. My living room walls will look much better! Thank you!

Great knowledge, very helpful on picking the right type of paint for my project, and they did an amazing job of fixing the color that I made a mistake on selecting. Will definitely use them in the future!

I 100% completely agree with the other reviews. When I went into this Sherwin-Williams paint store, I was lucky enough to have Todd be the person who provided customer service. He answered every question I had, and with certainty. He was a very friendly and positive person, who also took time to ask what the project was to ensure I purchased the correct products. I would 100% recommend this store, and my number one reason would be the customer service this gentleman provided. In my opinion, you can't teach great customer service - you either have it or you don't. Todd definitely has it. Thank you!

I had to share the most impressive experience I had. In search of a special paint, I called the Richfield, MN store off 64th and Penn Avenue. Todd answered the phone. Because of the nature of the product I needed (intumescent paint to cover spray foam insulation), Todd went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me. He offered to research and call me back. He did this, came back with several options, alternatives, things to think about. He even looked into the local code regulations for the county to ensure I would order the correct product. He was patient, friendly, and made my paint need feel like his own. I truly felt like a valued customer. He was fantastic to work with!

I haven't been to this store but whoever the guy was that I talked to on the phone on the night of 8/19/14 like 3 minutes before close was very helpful and even offered to stay past close to allow me to purchase some auto clear coat, unfortunately I lived about 10 minutes away, but can't say thank you enough for the generosity he was willing to provide! Thank you good sir!
