Dzao was unbelievable! I’ve never felt comfortable with the other employees but Dzao really explained the products to me very thoroughly. I didn’t feel her rush me or make me feel bad for asking a lot of questions! Thank you for helping me find the right products !

Get rid of Natasha she has ruined so many employees I can’t believe the district hasn’t checked in on this! Her numbers are because of Sam and what was Amanda! This is so sad she has caused so much stress on people. An internal investigation needs to happen asap! She cries throws tantrums in the back room stumps her feet like a child this is very inappropriate sabotaged so many people jobs while letting her favorites disrespect others! Lawsuit

This store is fairly large, which is nice as it's always busy. We were last in on a busy Saturday and had some specific products in mind. We did find most of what we were looking for but, a few items were sold out and/or only available in a size we did not want. The shelves were kind of in disarray but, it was easy enough to figure out what was what. We had a few questions that were were quickly answered by a friendly associate. The check out queue was full but, the line moved quickly enough...considering. Service at check out was pleasant. Chances are pretty good we'll stop in here yet again.

Want to give a shout out to Renee at this location!!! She was the most kind and brightest soul in the whole store. Saw lovely interactions between her and her customers and all left smiling and positive, as did I. Great checkout with her, thanks Renee!!

My daughter and I recently visited on a Wednesday night. There were heaps of staff and not too many customers. Staff were uniformly nice and helpful, but there were so few customers, a lot of them were just chatting to each other while waiting to help customers. Well and good, except . . . the store was kind of a mess. The trash were all overflowing; my daughter and I had to stuff used applicators in the bins which caused us to touch other people's waste at the same time. And many, many of the testers were empty or broken. I was in the market for an eyebrow pencil and literally none of the testers I was interested in had any product left in them. I also asked a staff member about an eyebrow conditioner. They had one, but the tester was empty. I left empty handed as well.

This store was chaotic. So many samples were used up, broken, or missing, and products on the shelves were in disarray. When I did find brands I wanted, all my shades were sold out. I went in to spend money on myself but couldn't do it.

This is a high end make up store. They are quite expensive. This store was very dirty. The make up samples were disgusting. They needed to be replaced.

Soo bad customer serviceI ask for help and the lady said one person is behind so I wait no worriesAfter that I noticed her just stating there doing nothing when I try to approach her she walk soo fast so I walk away don’t go to this location … SOOO BAD !!!!

My favorite spot for makeup shopping ?? The staff is great and helpful. The store is mostly busy because they have so many amazing products ?They give you free mini products if you are a beauty insider and have points! So all over SEPHORA is my favorite ?

Every employee I encountered today was extremely rude. I decided to not go with a certain fragrance after the employee looked for it in the back for me and they literally stared in my eyes rudely in complete silence when I said I would pass. I told them I didn’t live by a Sephora if I needed to return it because some fragrances give me migraines and I hadn’t worn it before and he told me I could return it by mail which is not accurate… you can not return things by mail if they were purchased in store so I knew he just wanted a sale. That was enough to make me leave immediately. I used to manage at a Sephora and know how it should be and this simply ain’t it. Also everything is absolutely filthy; probably the dirtiest Sephora I have ever seen. I get it’s busy, but when there’s downtime there needs to be some deep cleaning done.

I purchased a bottle of Tom Ford Ombré Leather six months ago and have used barely a cm out of the 3.3 ml bottle. The sprayer quit on me. The product just leaks out. I tried to call Sephora to see if I could exchange it for a working bottle and they said it was past the 60 days. I will no longer shop here. Ulta would have exchanged it happily. I spent $250 and barely used the product. I could have spent my money with a company who cares.
