I called ahead to see if they had my battery in stock and if they could install it. Had the day off work and really wanted it today. Brought it in as a walk in since they were full of appointments and they said it would take around two hours so I was fully prepared to wait. Not more than 35 mins later I got a call that it's all done. Super efficient! And not to mention they had the best price value around after checking many places- and with a name brand battery, Duracell. Elijah and team were all a pleasure to work with. We had a long conversation about cars and batteries among other topics and he was super informative. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.

They do have some decent stuff available... evrything in wholesale sizes... the product aisles are mostly filled... Fresh produce is good enough... it's not too crowded... prices are comparatively cheaper than other wholesale giants...but I don't see exciting new products...but it's okay to walk in to get grocery essentials for a cheaper price in bulk..

They broke my tpms sensor and said that it is missing. Toyota did an inspection and showed there is a broken tpms senor in the tire. Not happy with the service at all! Spent around $900 for these tires! I rather spend more at dealer place for best service.

I recently had a terrible experience at this Sam’s Club. I do not recommend. Buyer beware. If you buy a battery from Sam’s club and you expect them to honor the 3 year warranty they sell you, you better plan on having a membership for the entire three years. Here’s what happened, the battery I bought was bad. They tested it and said yes it’s bad, we will replace it. Thing is I didn’t use my Sam’s club membership and canceled it. In order to have them replace the DEFECTIVE battery that they sold, I had to spend $40 to buy another membership because they had no idea how to do it with out one. (Not my problem) Turns out it didn’t have to be my membership card, just any membership card, which is so ridiculous. My partner also let them know I was going through cancer treatment and we really needed to get the car running in a timely fashion. (At this point they had the battery overnight because they would t exchange it even though they said it was defective and we had the receipt.) The manager told us that her sister had cancer too and this was a non issue. Not, “oh I’m sorry your going through that, that must make this extra stressful.” Or ANY empathy. Beyond disgusted. I understand people have jobs to do and policies to enforce. However, when you purchase something and have the receipt and it’s defective. And when you purchased it and a warranty was included it was not stated that in order to enforce the warranty you must also stay a member for three years. It should have and then you can make the decision if this is the right place to make a purchase. I had called the night before to present my issue and I was told no problem, come in tomorrow at 12:30 and a manager will override the system. This managers name is Kim. The manager (Kim) said that the person I spoke to, Miles, was not a manger but a team lead and should not have told me that. Well, when I called the store and asked to speak to a manger, someone went and got him. If he’s not a manger, he shouldn’t present himself as one and make promises that the company will not keep. (However Miles was extremely kind and polite) I hope Kim, can do better for the next people that dare to have a unique customer service situation at their store and possibly show some human compassion for people, not just write their situation off. And no I’m not saying my cancer should have got me anything, but I am saying it should have warranted compassion and not told it was a “non issue.” As someone that is a professional trainer for corporate America, this sickened me. Do better. But hey, $40 later I got my defective battery replaced. Seems totally fair. (That’s sarcasm) oh and also when I went to buy a membership they could not sell me one because their I pads were not working right, so I had to go on my phone and purchase the membership. I also did not see any wheelchairs or scooters in store for folks, (myself included) with mobility issues. We asked a staff member if they had any, because it was getting hard for me to stand in line while this agent tried over and over again to do my membership and we were told they didn’t know where any were. Wow. Seems like no one has it together at this store or they don’t care about the customer expertise. Definitely don’t feel like a valued anything there.

this morning at 6:02 i arrived at Sams for gas. today was the 4th time i was unable to get gas because the pumps were not working. i talked with another customer who said he complained to the manager. he said the manager didn't care which is obvious since this issue has been ongoing for a month. its time for a new manager that values customers. i'm tired of wasting time and i bet the cars that were backed up to the street are not too happy about it either.

Sams club has been a steady source for items in my household for decades. Sams is known for bulk items and saving money. The gas is often at least 10 cents cheaper than other gas companies. The online orders and curbside assistance has been without error for the past year ; at various locations. I really value the consistency from location to location. The process is quick and easy. Staff is always helpful and friendly even though sometimes you can tell that they are extremely busy.

I showed up right when the tire center opened with a flat, and the workers were friendly. They let me know they had to honor appointments first, but would fit me in, and I was on my way in less than two hours! Use those member benefits, y'all!

I've been a loyal shopper for over 20 years. It is where I buy most of my clothes and groceries and automotive items. I have only recently discovered the low prices in the liquor store, too. I really appreciate the helpful associates and their cheerful manner. I checked out Costco, for what it's worth, and couldn't find a good reason to move my shopping experience from Sams. When I have an issue, I have always found them accommodating and fair.

My new battery was $30 cheaper than the local parts store and the techs were willing to put it in for me on the spot. All good here.

I'm upping my rating. I don't get why this Sam's club is getting such poor reviews? I have had nothing but good customer service and shopping here! I love that the scan and shop app is working 100% of the time, you don't have to stand in line! Also I am SUPER thankful that I can order my items online and have them brought out to my truck and loaded, during Covid & this freezing winter!

If Costco and Sams were ever really entered in a competition, Sams Club would be afraid to show up. That is why Sams will one day go out of town.
