This place is quite unprofessional. I find it crazy that my cousin went in with her mother (my aunt), because she does NOT speak english, and was helping my aunt grab the things for my aunts party, with translation and stuff. It’s INSANE that the two ladies mistreated, YELLED at my family. That is NOT okay. I understand not wanting to serve someone, BUT they were just shopping for an ADULT party, and being yelled at IS NOT OKAY!!!! Is it because they were latino??? Disgusting!!!

Store manager Dwight and tire shop manager Eli make up policies as it suits them. I’d advise to find a different location.
If you ask to see the written policy for anything they will not show you, and instead just say “it’s our policy.”

Hey you guys could you do something to help with the line for the gas it clogs up the driveway makes it hard to get in and out of the driveway to get into Sam's club. You have plenty of space to make it so that you can have it all directed towards the gas pumps and then the store. So many accidents waiting to happen I see people getting upset and just speeding through the parking lot in and out of cars just accidents waiting to happen it's not cool. Please fix this thanks I seen al elderly Man almost get hit it was so bad. People leaving the store to get upset about the line that is blocking us to get out of the driveway.

Tremendous savings. The membership is worth it. Shop any day except Saturday evening. Expect long checkout times if you do. I am very pleased by how friendly the associates are. The store is always neat and clean and always changing the merchandise.

Unprofessional and unskilled labor in the tire department. My wife ordered a set of tires and scheduled replacement. During our appointment the technician NEVER reviewed our scheduled maintenance with us. It turns out that they somehow scheduled us for tire rotation instead of replacement. They were given a phone number to reach us. The technician said it would take 40 minutes. Even after TWO hours we were never updated. In the end, it took them two and a half hours to rotate our tires.
EDIT - We rescheduled our tire installation. Management was very prompt about responding to our concerns. They waived the service fee for our installation and gave us a gift card. Overall, I'm satisfied with this resolution. I am hopeful they will remediate their practices so future customers won't have their expectations mismanaged.

this is the ghetto location. Don't even bother to come on the weekends it's so ridiculously overcrowded. More traffic jams than 494 and shell shocked employees wandering aimlessly in utter defeat with that thousand yard stare. I just grabbed a few things I needed most and got the hell out. Won't be shopping at this location again. Eagan or apple valley stores are infinitely better

Idk what it is but Sam’s club and Walmart always drive me insane, the customer service, the quality of the products, the atmosphere, etc. I’m writing this review as I’m standing at the customer service desk because the person is taping the box together, rather than helping me, there are 4 people behind me, i have been waiting for 3-4 minutes. I am better off with Target and Costco!

Ugh. This place is a mess. Difficulty getting in and out. Long lineS at the gas pumps, with people completely by-passing the lines all together to sneak into an open pump when it's not their turn. So much difficulty just picking up a scan and go pizza (multiple people standing around, but oh you have to go to this specific place to pick up your scan and go order - not the place where the sign is, a whole different place, where it makes half the line think you're trying to cut them off in line, and then the person you're supposed to ask for your order from is busy doing other things so they don't even realize you're standing there waiting for your order, they just think you're waiting in line.) Just go to Eagan, such a better experience all around.

Normally I love Sam's, this one however was way worse than it should have been. I went in for two hotdogs and had to wait in a line of 4 people for 20 minutes before I was even at the counter. After I had ordered my two hotdogs the worker behind the counter continued to walk around and do other tasks for about 3 minutes before even starting to grab the food I just ordered.
