This location rates at the bottom of all Salvation Army’ stopped a few times over the last year when in the area and I’ve seen the same exact items between visits which have 2-3 months apart. It’s all picked over, clothing racks are stuffed but with old, stretched out, faded items no one wants. Completely broken appliances and electronics, and trashed shelves.

They straight up robbed me. Charged me 20$ for a Patagonia vest I never received. Thought my Gf grabbed it on the way out. She didn't. And they charged us the full 19.99.Taking this to corporate. Were incredibly rude too

Great Prices, helpful staff. I bought a red chair like new for $20.00 and the manager carried it to my car for me, I'm sitting in it right now enjoying every moment.

Had some great deals here, but then...Crock pot they priced at $51 is only $40 brand new through Target.I brought it up to the front desk and pointed out the obvious... they told me people in back set the prices.OK, so lets have them reprice this to a more reasonable price for the damaged box.THEY SAID NO!!!... front desk lady.I either buy it at that price or not!A reasonable person would say Yeah, that makes sense, lets ask the pricing person to re-evaluate the price asked!Makes me not want to ever use this particular store again!

Went to drop off donations, a staff was coming out with a box on a pallet then turns back around and says they're not excepting donations now but will tomorrow after half my stuff was already out! Really should have mentioned that before I started getting my things out.

Enjoy going here for the great selection of items. I always seem to find something I don’t really need. Also enjoy the Christian music being played while you shop.

Covid has made if difficult to find good people. If you really want to meet the rudest people that don t want to be there employees come to the Donation Center. You won t be disappointed. It is sad to see that these grade school graduates decide what comes in or stays out. I arrived there today with two reclining chairs. We were going to sell them for my parents but they wanted to help the less fortunate. As I parked there were three people outside deciding who was going to help me with the chairs. Apparently they all won as know one came over and I was five feet from them. After getting the chairs out myself I was ready to leave when this woman if you could call her that said we cant take those chairs. She said one chair was missing a leg and the other one was faded. I explained to her that I took the leg off to get it through the door but as you can see it screws in. Than in a very articulate way she said" no we aint takin them." It was clear this conversation was going nowhere so I asked one of the so called employees if they could help and it was like I was invisible.I am a realtor and I have seen furniture in homes that would make these sofas look like something from Elenor Rigby. It is sad that the great name of the Salvation Army is tarnished by these type or workers. GO TO SAVERS.....THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND NO WHAT THEY ARE DOING.AT LEAST SOMEBODY CARES ABOUT HELPING THE LESS ADVANTAGED

Been to this location before and had good luck and have gotten some deals. Went in on this past Saturday. Found an antique bed but no price. So I asked someone. They said it had just arrived and hadn't been priced. They also had the complete bedroom set with it, just hadn't brought it out. Supposedly only 1 manager can do the pricing. They called him and he said he wouldn't price it till Monday, when he could see it in person. I told them I was only visiting from Rochester, for the day and I was willing to purchase it. They told me sorry but I'd have to come back on Monday.Today is Wednesday., I happened to be in the area and thought I'd stop in and see if itb had been priced yet and if it was still there. I saw the bed and of course, still no price. I asked someone and they told me how much. I also asked about the rest of the set (dresser and vanity with mirror). They said those had been sold separately. Why put stuff out on the floor if they aren't interested in pricing and selling. Also why split up a beautiful antique bedroom set.

Stopped here to unload the first of many carloads of household items we have due to downsizing a residence.Staff were very friendly and helpful in unloading and accepting the donations. Granted most of our stuff was new or near new so they took almost all of it. It was just a great experience to be greeted with respect and treated as if they actually are in the business of accepting donations instead of being treated like we were inconveniencing them like they do at another donation center of a different name at valley west shopping center. Will be back several times in the next few weeks.Thank you salvation army for being true to your mission. ?

I've been here many times. It's a large store...with just as large of a selection of items. I usually look for certain things when I'm there: name brand items...and/or...new-in-packaging items are my most sought-after things. Today I was in the market for a new purse...and...found one very easily. It's in almost-new condition...name brand...and...was priced right for what it is. I also picked up a few household things that were new for very fair prices. I'd say it's about a 50/50 shot that prices will match the condition/style/type of an item. You definitely need to have time to inspect things...and...rummage around the shelves/racks as some of them are packed pretty tight with stuff. Sometimes you can find some really incredible things! I've noticed over the past few months they've upped the prices on most of their regular DVD movies [not talking about series/specials/etc.] from ninety nine cents to just under three dollars. Unless it's new in the wrapper...that price is a bit excessive for a used movie. The store is kept fairly clean...and...employees are always friendly. While we were there...a lady walked in asking about an interview. She said she did not have an appointment but...heard they do on-the-spot interviews. The clerk confirmed this...and...called a manager to help. The manager came right away...and...they walked back for her interview. I just thought I'd mention that as it could be really beneficial to some folks. Just guessing but...thinking you can walk in on weekdays during the earlier part of the day to meet with someone. Also...they are closed on Sundays. :) We always enjoy browsing in this store...and...will stop back.

Very disappointed in the pickup. They request we provide pictures of everything we were donating and then they told us which items were “acceptable” so we hauled all the “acceptable” items out on the coldest night of the year and they only took one item. These were nice furniture items that needed to be move back indoors because they didn’t pick them up. I will never donate to this organization again and truly hope there are better organizations out there that can help people in need!
