John was so sweet and so helpful I stopped in to find a ring with my babies birthstone he was quick to show me what options he had and was very honest with me ! He was just amazing ! I had gone to 3 different jewelry store prior to this one I was ready to give up on finding the perfect one but not only did he help me find the right one but his skills were super customer friendly and made me feel comfortable. Definitely best jewelry store at moa I will be returning for future purchases!

Visited the store with my wife and she picked out two potential rings for her birthday. We told the salesperson we were going to grab dinner and would be back with a decision. Asked multiple times what time the store closed. We came back 30 minutes before closing and they were locked up and gone. Extremely disappointing.

Stopped in today to look for a wedding band to go with my engagement ring from another store. Ken helped us find the perfect ring enhancer to go with my solitaire emerald cut ring. He was a 10/10 on customer service, personality, and overall knowledge. I asked a question and he had an answer. We ordered my wedding band from here today and I’ll definitely be back for more jewelery in the future!!

Had a great experience with our sales person at MOA....but have been extremely disappointed with the inability to deliver before the promise date. They originally suggested a three week wait, no problem.... But then three weeks passed, then four, and now heading into our fifth week of waiting. We were told that the rings have been in for a week, but apparently it takes another week to solder two rings together.Thinking about cancelling the order altogether and purchasing from someone that can deliver when they say they can.

If I could give no stars I would. I made a purchase from here 2 years ago. I absolutely loved my ring. However a diamond has fell out and any time I contact the store for assistance they tell me I am not in their system and I've never made a purchase with them (bought my engagement ring, wedding band, my husband's wedding band and lifetime warranty for each). This has been told to me numerous times throughout the past 2 years. I have contacted headquarters as well with no response. If they are doing this to us how many others are they doing this to? Bad business and super disappointed. Filed with the BBB and hired an attorney to sort this out as well as filed a formal complaint with the MOA.
