I left Wells Fargo and joined my credit union in order to avoid the pety picky additional fees that Wells Fargo managed to tack on regularly. I have been able to transfer money from My Credit Union since I joyfully became a member. This week I attempted to transfer money in the usual fashion from my credit union over to another bank in order to pay a bill. I can't do that anymore. In order to transfer money I have to sign up for tools, build an account in tools then transfer the money. It was simple. It was so simple a couple clicks on my cell phone and the transfer was made. I have no idea why they decided to go from something that is simple to something that is so complex that nobody wants to do it. As soon as I can figure... I have promised my wife my daughter that I would not talk that way anymore because I was going to go and just Drool on about some executive pencil dick. But that's not called for. I'm looking for another Credit Union. That's full service credit without the hassles.

Wonderful location. I had previously gotten a loan through this credit union when it was previously called RBCU for my first ever car loan back in 2019. I recently paid off my loan back in April, but didn't realize I had lost my lien release card when I went to trade in my vehicle right before Thanksgiving! Luckily, Mindy was so accommodating and got new paperwork for me within a day to be able to trade in my vehicle in a timely manner. Thank you so much Mindy!!!

Just a run around trying to get someone that can actually help me on the phone, I'm being told that member services is not open at this time although it is an hour past the time they say they open. I left a message yesterday that was not returned and the app will only let me deposit a check for up to 500$. I was transferred to the same wrong department after waiting on hold and then she tried to give me a number to call that was the same number I was already on..

Horrible bank I got scammed by another person with a bad check and the guy that handled it asked me what my percentage was for the scam , so on top of being accused of having something to do with it they told me that there is another bank across the street and that I should go bank there as they told me to leave and ended my account and left my account -$2500 I cashed a check that I got from what I thought was a customer my credit union took five days to clear the check and it cleared then the guy canceled it after I took some money out that’s the point of waiting for a check to clear as it’s not my fault the guy cancel the check why am I responsible for this and they told me that I need to take care of it. I need to get a hold of that guy’s bank and everything else. They threw me off the door, pretty lousy bank, if you ask me.

Coming back two years after leaving this one star review to reinstate my utter disappointment with this company. I have been banking here for over 10 years and do not know why I've stuck around this long.The last straw was the fact that I cant get ONE letter or statement from the bank that has my full address on it in order to get ANY mail at my new address after a move. I explained very clearly and multiple times why I just need a single letter from the bank and why it needs my full address. Not only for receiving mail at my new address but also because the post office workers in my previous small town CANNOT accept mail without the full address anymore and they will start rejecting mail. When I asked the woman I spoke to if I would seriously have to wait for the post office to start REJECTING my mail in order for them to change it, she said that would likely be the only option.Are you kidding me right now?She/they gave me absolutely no solution and could barely explain their reasoning.This credit union is a joke, if you are considering it- dont. I will be closing down everything I have with them as soon as I can because they are truly a failure at customer service and quality. I will continue to warn anyone who considers them as good bankers.Seriously, go elsewhere.

I can deposit a check, and the funds are available immediately. Really big checks, they sometimes put a hold on part of it depending on how much is in my account at that time(talking $10g amounts). They have been great to work with, much better than the big box banks.

Very hit and miss. Most of the frontline staff are very good and easy to deal with. However, the "bankers" are often curt and rude. It seems to me that the current problems with MYCU are at this level.

Worst experience ever! If I could give under 1 star I would! I have only been at this credit union maybe 7 months and I am closing my acct. this is the only credit union/bank in my experience where the customer has to pay when fraudulent activity takes place on your acct. There were unauthorized transactions made to my acct. I was informed it could take up to 180-days before they put my money back into my acct.! They did finally put it in after I called multiple times and complained. But they would not reverse the OD charges. This was one of the many reasons I am closing my acct.,

I definitely picked the wrong Credit Union! Service is hit or miss. Online banking: the worst! Even their 'Help' button doesn't work! When I contacted them about this, their response was basically "Nope, the website is working fine." I'm not sure they could even spell 'Customer Support'.

Transferred from previous bank because they were being consolidated. Now, I'm glad I did. My Credit Union gives me great service and a smile unlike my previous bank who, on occasion, made me show ID when I made a deposit.

I never seen a terrible customer service as this one.I got cash from the ATM machine at this location, of several hundred dollars, when I went inside to switch small bills to bigger ones, they refused to do so even though the money from their own ATM machine, stating that am not a member of their branch. Never had this happen before.It is not the name of the bank they should of changed from RBCU to MyCredit Union; rather they should of changed the terrible customer service and incompetent people who work their or they really don’t want to work.I don’t think this bank will last very long either with this kind of terrible and incompetent customer services. I been in this neighborhood for over 25 years and I know a bad business when I see one.They should find a good people with good attitude and good customer service.

Terrible Customer Service, unprofessional and reverse discrimination. 5 people waiting in line, only one teller helping customers while the manager (Black female) chatting with the other African female teller, about Halloween weekend.. They don't seem to care or want to work,. Just waiting for their pay checks.

Had a outstanding experience at the Lyndale location. Jasmin R. The branch manager helped address my concerns with upmost care. She also helped me feel at ease after going through a horrible experience at another branch. All staff there were friendly and I will forever be a customer! Kudos to Jasmin!!
