I bought a Christmas sweater from the Ragstock Christmas pop up store last weekend, and when I got home, realized it still had a security tag on it. I went back today to ask them to take it off, but was told they don't use security tags and couldn't help me. I asked if I could swap out the sweater for one without a security tag but there were no more in stock. So I asked to return it and was told that sales on Christmas items are final and that they would not accept it as a return. I clarified that I had my receipt, all tags were still on the sweater, that they couldn't fix the issue for me, that they still wouldn't accept it as a return, and was told that was correct. It's very frustrating that I now have a useless Christmas gift and that the store declined to do anything at all to fix the issue. Edited to include photos.

Ragstock has many choices of clothes to choose from. The clothes are for the millennials, even though I found several articles of clothing l liked.

Huge fan of this shop inside the Mall of America- there are actually two in there! The stores carry different items so make sure to visit both. Love the alternative selection, thrifty vibes, and prices are super fair. Went around Halloween and they have a great selection of costumes for teen and older with sizes fitting all body types.

While on vacation at the Mall of America, my daughters saw this store and were excited to go in. I waited outside as shopping with two teenaged girls is exhausting! But they found some awesome clothes and couldn't wait to show them to me after they had purchased them. I thought the prices were a little high but they needed some new clothes and I was happy to see them happy! They spent about $240 between the two of them. Then they spent more at the second location!
