Stephani is more than a pharmacist. Sheās a medical professional who cares immensely about the service she provides. Her knowledge and attention to detail has been invaluable to me and my family. I trust her immensely and turn to her for medical and prescription advice before consulting with my own doctor. I wouldn't even consider taking a medication without speaking with Stephani first. I cannot speak highly enough about this pharmacist. Literally feel she has saved my fathers life.My previously fit and healthy father started to become unwell over 12 months ago. Lots of aches and ailments started to make him feel unwell. He was rapidly losing weight. He was told he had heart failure and his doctors began doing multiple tests to detect possible cancer. Fortunately none found. However, dads weight continued to plummet - dropping from 12 stone to under 10 within 6 months. Food seemed to sticking in his oesophagus , he was struggling to swallow. He had lost any appetite, yet his doctors were doing nothing - and writing him off as āold ageā. He body was constantly cold/chilled. We were watching him die. No exaggeration.Steph was our saviour. We were introduced through a mutual friend I was telling about my dads failing health.Stephanie (from Pure) LISTENED to what we had to say about my dads deteriorating condition and she knew she could help. She identified the probable problem (his oesophagus) within MINUTES.She Came up with a plan, devised diet supplements and medications programme. She acted fast as she knew time was not on our side. We were not sure if my dad was going to be well enough to begin the medication she had provided.Oh my goodness. Within ONE month my failing, depressed, frail father had gained 5 pounds in weight. His energy and enthusiasm previously lost, had started to re-emerge! His eating and swallowing is now comfortable. He doesnāt fear swallowing. His body temperature now normal. NONE of us can believe the radical change. Especially my dad!! We have total faith - trust her knowledge implicitly and truly believe Steph has saved dads life.
