Steve Gables is the real deal. I thought there was no way that I'd be able to buy a home, but Steve talked me through the entire process and was able to get me qualified for an affordable loan that enabled me to buy the home I had my eye on. Anytime I had a question, Steve was extremely responsive and would do his best to give a straightforward answer. Steve is also creative, and puts the best interests of his clients before making an extra dollar. I would recommend Steve as a lender to anyone I know!

I have been going to Steve Gables for about 25 yrs. now.. He is the best and only mortgage/ refi gentleman I would trust. I have passed on his great knowledge, quick witted numbers, and just all around nice guy... to my daughter, and she completely feels the same way.. She promises to pass on your name to other friends too...He has gone to bat" so to speak, for me and my daughter in the past to get us the best, and financial needs.. saving us money, and time...
