I have been getting my print work from this local company for years. They are amazing! Today I just picked up another order and realized I have never sent in a review to say this!! Thank you for always accommodating our requests and all of the custom orders we have. Today the order was just BEAUTIFUL! We ordered some vinyl signs, posters and a large poster that needed to be altered and they did it all better than perfect!Thank you for your attention to detail always! I am thrilled with the order today (and always)!

After 3 visits, Feb through April 2023, I've consistently experienced rude, abrupt, and curmudgeonly behavior from the so-called "manager" - male, older, toothy. He appears irritated to have been bothered with a UPS customer. In the first instance, the manager made to refuse service when the Amazon vendor return label was sent slightly askew that covered a sliver of the vacant margin. He claimed it was necessary to scan the unobstructed QR code. Challenged, I asked what information was missing from the blank label margin. Challenged, he finally took the return UPS package without comment. Recent incident, he claimed the UPS QR was an enhanced code and the company negligently failed to upgrade the scanner. Taken to an (real) UPS Store, I was informed no QR upgrades were instituted by UPS - agreeing that Postal Dispatch was "blowing smoke ...". An attempt was made to identify the owner; however, BBB MN and a google search offered insufficient customer support. The Postal Dispatch website posted a chat link requiring customers submit full credit card information for a refundable dollar to inform - a phishing scam that disappeared when the site was refreshed. A complaint wasn't planned until I saw the dissatisfied customer ratings. Inquiring with another employee in the manager's absence, I was told he tended to be an "anxious" personality. Customer beware.

I don't want to get into my problem with this store. But I was so upset with the guy who said that he "owned" the place that I had to go home and check the reviews. They were exactly as I had expected. Awful.

We purchased an online item in Bloomington and needed it shipped. We made arrangements with Postal Dispatch to pickup, package and ship the item. Staff were pleasant and polite on our phone and email conversations. Item arrived on time and the packaging job was STELLAR. No chance for it to be damaged or scratched during transit. Thank You

The only reason I go to this place is because it's across the street from me but I would advise you to skip this place. First of all, the guy who mans the front counter is often rude and condescending and he wears a crucifix that is easily a foot long. The Pope doesn't wear a crucifix this huge. What if your customer is atheist? Jewish? Etc. it's very, "HERES MY BELIEF THAT I AM SHOVING IN YOUR FACE WHETHER YOU AGREE OR NOT."

I called them earlier today and asked if they do screen printing which they said they did. My boyfriend and I traveled from Downtown Minneapolis to West Bloomington with my candle jars in order to get a estimated price. Upon arriving we spoke with the woman who works there and she denied being able to screen print anything. She then began to question us if we knew what we were talking about by asking us if we mean etching. We let her know that we’d spoken to a man who said yes, which turned out to be her husband. She called him over and he first confirmed he did talk to us but when she insisted that they didn’t do screen printing he changed his story. He then proceeded to say yes they can do see through on my candle jars but he doesn’t think that would look good at all. At this point I don’t want to give him my business but then he put the icing on the cake by insulting my business.I do not recommend. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Overcharges & loses packages. Not to mention the horrific treatment of customers by the owner and staff. They have no idea how to conduct an honest honorable business. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this business.

Extremely rude, condescending employees and manager. They're not upfront about rates. They charge $2-3 just to forward an envelope! Terribly value, awful experience. Skip them and get a UPS box instead—in your own neighborhood, instead of 50 miles away.

Everything was and still kinda running smoothly but for some odd reason they started charging for each piece of mail that you want to pick up from your mailbox when in the contract it clearly states that you only pay $16.99 for up to 60 pieces of mail before they start charging you and they started charging for every single one. Please explain please do.
