Great selection of products to choose from no matter what your choice is , from snacks to perfumes! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of different products. Such a pleasure to go in and chat with the staff and not be pressured.

I don’t agree with the customers behaviors towards staff. Staff are kind, respectful and hard workers!!!People really need to stop disrespecting local tobacco shops. I have been a loyal customer since 2019. And have nothing but great experiences and customer service!!?

Got an elfbar, walked out the door & took a hit, and didn't like it. The flavor was peach mango which I couldn't taste and on top of that, it felt like I wasn't getting any pull. There was smoke but no nicotine hit or flavor with it. Turned around, walked back in explained and was refused a solution. I was good with a new one or money back but since they saw the smoke they said no. Threw it in the trash on my way back out. Waste of 30$ but lesson learned! Sticking with my usual shop for now on.

I am not going to go to this tobacco store anymore. Today, the guy, who waited on me, was rude to me. I asked for the tubes that are still packaged and he reached down to the shelves and started taking some boxes out. I stated I wanted the ones on the top shelf but couldn't reach them. He copped an attitude, with me, because he had to get a ladder. Then, when I was checking out, I asked him three times if I would get a discount. He didn't answer me. Finally, he just quipped, "The purchase is made and no, no discount." When I asked for my receipt, he copped an attitude with me again. He then, handed it to me scowling. That was the last straw. When I walked out, I said, loudly, "Goodbye." I meant it for good. We had been shopping there for over 11 years! In all that time, I only had one other employee treat me with such disdain. I noticed that person wasn't there the next time I shopped there. There is another place, in Eagan, that sells the same tubes for .50 cheaper and everyone there is friendly. That's where we are going from now on, even if it costs us extra gas. They deserve our business. If one does not treat their customers, with respect, I guarantee you, they will go elsewhere.
