“My Tesla's controller arm broke last week and I managed to pull the car into a parking lot next door to Autopia in Bloomington. It was one of the hottest days of the summer, and, while I waited for a tow truck and dealt with the day's messy challenges, Will at Autopia was very gracious to let me handle everything from within their air conditioned office. Even though I didn't use Autopia for the repair (it was still under my Tesla warranty - thus, I was obligated to use the dealer), I have to say that once my warranty expires, I will definitely take my car to Autopia for regular maintenance. The example they showed in my hour of need, told me exactly what kind of people they are. I recommend them highly simply based on the way they treated me. I never forget a kindness.
