Worst website ever. Always down or has glitches. Customer service is garbage. I ended up calling In my order and customer service ordered it for me but forgot the $20 off, delivered the wrong sampler pack and didn't put on my promo code correctly. To top it all off the website fixed the glitch and ordered my order again. Ended up with $430 worth of pods. Customer service wouldn't refund their screw up.

We just purchased a nespresso machine and wanted some guidance in person on what coffee to purchase. Heather was incredibly kind, patient, and go with the flow. We could have hung out in the store and chatted for a couple hours.

Everytime i come in, the store seems in such chaos. It doesn't help that anytime I come in alone instead of with my friends or boyfriend this taller grey haired man boy named Isaac or something always hits on me and makes me so uncomfortable. I've witnessed him do it to female coworkers too when he thinks no one is looking or listening. After this most recent interaction with Isaac, the man boy, being so creepy I'll just start shopping online for thr time being

Left my partner to go look at watches across from the store and came back to a older man that worked there hitting on my partner. Quite unprofessional and made her feel uncomfortable, what a weirdo.

Over priced and never worked from the start. Was told that the warranty did not cover my issue (it wouldn’t turn on) so they would offer me 35% off my next purchase. Save your time, buy something cheaper that has the ability to buy multiple vendors of coffee.

The staff is incredibly rude.I'm hoping to get in touch with someone from Nespresso headquarters. The staff here is beyond rude and not even a tiny bit helpful. My husband and I were on a call as he was trying to figure out what espresso it is that I got last time and the lady was so rude I'm still upset about it and she was rushing him but ZERO help. We live an hour away and he ended up with the wrong espresso. The lady should honestly lose her job and I hope she does.

I can't speak to the location but the product is junk. Spend $199 on a Nespresso machine and it failed after a few months. I used triple-filtered water and watched a ton of descaling/resetting videos and nothing worked. What a waste of money.

For a place that advertises and offers free samples they sure don’t give you any unless you want to wait twenty minutes. Skip it, waste of time.

Kevin, the boutique manager helped us with the products and explained to us how they work. We tried different coffees, the Puerto Rico one was amazing, he made the experience so easy, and he was just happy to help.Excellent experience, so happy we bought the Nespresso Machine!!!Thank you Kevin!

I stopped in because I just bought a machine and thought I could get some info on the products. An older lady towards the back of the store asked if I needed anything. I told her it was my first time there and was not sure what I wanted. I asked if they had Chai tea she rudely said " No we don't carry any tea." I felt like an idiot and just bought the coffee I had already picked out and left. I don't know I would ever go back. She was rude and treated me like I didn't belong in the store.

When I was in there I wasn’t treated kindly. Previous times I was in there I had gone to the sample bar and been able to try something without standing in line, I wasn’t aware that I was required to stand and wait in the check out line to ask for a sample so I stood patiently for an employee. When one finally came to me they rudely told me I needed to be in line but they’d help me anyway. I apologized and thanked them. Told them I was new to the store still, had only been a few times because I’d just gotten my Nespresso and I told them which one I’d gotten. They looked me up and down and asked if it was a gift. I shook my head and said no, that I bought it, took my sample coffee and wished them to have a good day. I wanted to buy the sample but felt uncomfortable returning. Maybe they didn’t mean anything by their demeanor and how they spoke to me, I know they were busy but it was not welcoming and it make me feel like I was a low class citizen who could never dream of being able to own a Nespresso on my own. It was really weird.

The staff seem to always be extremely annoyed to be there. Or extremely annoyed that you’re there. Everything is a hassle to them. This could be an easy/quick fix. Someone working there has a terrible attitude and it’s rubbing off on everyone else. Find that bad egg and get rid of them. It’s uncomfortable every time I walk in here. Everyone is always short with you, they don’t want to help, they’re dismissive and make really snotty comments. I’d so much rather just order online but I like coming here to drop the used pods for recycling. Hopefully they fix the major attitude problems here fast!

I went to the Mall of America today with girlfriend. We are both looking forward to the nespresso store as we thought we would be able to try some new blends of coffee and maybe some. However, we were very disappointed. The woman at the tasting counter was on her phone and very disinterested in the customers walking in. This behavior intimated us, as we felt unwelcome to visit the tasting counter. Further more the other lady was quite rude she asked us if we were getting coffee. As I said "sure!". She followed this response with, "I meant are you buying coffee" in a very rude and disrespectful manner. All and all my day at the Mall of America quite disappointing...
