“I went this morning to get a new phone since my old one was completely destroyed. I ended up getting helped by Darious S. He helped me out through all the process and explain to me about the deals/perks the phones will come with, he was patient enough to help me out with my struggles since I tried to pay with 3 separate payment methods and although I struggled, he was patient enough to work with me, I know he mentioned he was just covering today or making some extra hours, he still did an outstanding job helping me out. Even though it's not he's home store since he works at the Lakeville he still did an outstanding job, after he helped me out, another couple of folks walked in and he greeted them inmidiatley and helped out too.

“We came in the Mall of America store to ask questions regarding updating my husbands phone. We ended up updating my phone as well. Eduardo assisted us, explained everything to us, answered our many questions, and spent time with us to make sure we understood everything we needed to. “The retail worker was friendly when I asked if they had any wired earbuds available at the shop. I was told that there wasn't, but that 5 Below, or Walgreens would have them for super cheap. I was urged to go to 5 Below more because they were a lot cheaper.The store was well-organized. The titles of the newest and biggest hits for the current gaming systems were displayed and easy to see. It was very tasteful. I love going to this GameStop, because they all have such polite and knowledgeable workers, and they have a great selection for games and gaming systems.”

“When I stay in Bloomington, I visit Caribou Coffee and Walgreens that are located in the same plaza. When I leave it, I always see this Target on my left. I had never visited it until last month. I needed to get lemons and honey. I thought that I'd try finding them at Target. This store is awesome. It has a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut at the front. The grocery section is amazing. I have never seen so many different ranch dressing varieties in my life. Then again, Minnesota is ranch dressing territory, so it makes sense. I ended up picking up a jug of AriZona green tea, too. Finding lemons and raw honey in a squeezable bottle was easy. It took me a long time to tear myself away from the snacks aisle. The toy section was next door. I loved seeing plushies, from Grogu to Squishmallows. Spring merchandise was abundant at this store. I liked looking at sandals, cute dresses, and more. I got a human at the checkout area. It was nice chatting with her. I paid with a credit card. She placed all my items in bags. I appreciated it. I wished her a good evening and left. It's a solid Target store. I look forward to returning whenever I'm back in the area. (161)”

“I walked in with what felt like a stupid problem and was immediately approached by Dominique who heard my concern and set to work on it. She solved a problem I had struggled for 40min with in less than 5min and was really nice and chatty for our very brief interaction. Very grateful for the service!”

“Bought an iPad and iPhone in two separate visits this week. Dealt with nine employees, all of whom were helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful. You need patience while one worker walks two or more customers at a time through trade in, purchase and set up. One-on-one interactions would make these devices even more expensive. When the first new iPad glitched during set up, they swapped it out and gave me $150 in gift cards for the delay. And they hooked me up with the one worker who had firsthand experience with Mint Mobile to switch me to an eSIM. As much as I detest malls, it would’ve been more frustrating to do this through the mail. YMMV.”
